please do not publised fake reviews. ola customer support is very bad and behaviour is very poor. last 1 year i have facing problem no one solve my problem and again or again disconnect my call reason given by you are no network area. or sent many mails but no reply any one mail. very bad or poor services please do not buy ola electric.beacuse no one any person solve your problem. no one any store listen your query. custmore support is very poor.... my humble request guys please do not buy..

Why key variant have techincal issue people purchase for hastle free uses but system issue sucks 4 kw key variant please resolve it😢😢😢 in key variants people need no technical feature make it simple an issue free in future
I shows System Error after every 2 3 days and you have to take that s1x to care center do think before you buy

For customers of Andhra Pradesh only 2 fast charging stations are available 1 in Vijaywada & 1 in Vizag not working.Thats how Ola is bad in charging infrastructure. Talking about revolution.@OlaElectric

The worst scooter is the S1X 4kW. It stopped in the middle of the road in the rain. Do not buy this scooter.
“DONT BUY OLA SCOOTY”
I have purchased it 7 mont ago and suddenly scooter breakdown. I booked RSA from app and it has passed 7 days of booking and none one contact me. I called several times to toll free number and tell them the problem. I have purchased care plus with extra money. But ola didn’t care. So many issues are there in the scooter and it is not fixed yet. So if you purchased ola then you will not satisfy with the product and service. Very very poor and cheap service ola is giving. They don’t care about customer empathy emotions.

Worst service provider is ola team customer service, no value for customer time and money.....
Wating whole day (taking work leave) to get repair my ola S1, after confirmation service slot, no phone no service technician...
And waste of money after spending ola care+🎉
Please repair or take back my scooter.
