Sell them, I am going to start with owner financing but I need a little help and more knowledge i am researching like crazy and lookin for potential buyers for a buyer list, looking for property owned buy the owner and want to sell, need someone I can give the sales to and move on from just things I need to learn still lol needed someone to point me in the right direction

Turn key investments are higher because you are also paying for convenience, i.e. not to do the renovation, etc. Great topic and thanks for sharing!

The average sales price in Saskatoon right now is about $350,000. Lots of good houses in the $275-325 range as well.
