We spent five days in Lyon in March. We decided to check it out simply it was on the way to Chambéry, our destination. It was fantastic. Also, if you're moderately fit, it's very walkable. The Old City is great, but take some time to explore the Croix Rousse area. We absolutely loved the city.

@@towntraveltips No; we were only in Lyon for 1 day ~ definitely not enough time to explore this beautiful city! We did have an excellent meal at Tetedoie, but no quenelles. Hopefully next time!
Good video. Didn’t mention the Musee des Confluences, or the Traboules, or the ancient Amphitheater, even though these were pictured. Instead of the food market, we did these three things, and everything else in this video, in 48 hours. So glad we visited Lyon.
