2015 F-150 3.5l Ecoboost Resonator Delete (idle & revs)

Carvens resonator delete (SKU:CF1000) or carvenexhaust....
It doesn’t sound as loud on camera as it does in person but you definitely hear the turbos a lot more. I plan on getting catless dp & Corsa’s db exhaust in the near future.
Only other mods are Turbosmarts BOV other than that it’s bone stock. If you have any questions just comment & i’ll answer to the best of my ability.

Sounds so good! All you did was resonator delete? Or did you do anything else to make that whoosh noise from reving?

the whoosh noise is a blow off valve! if you’re interested, it is a Turbo Smart mechanical bov, super easy install

I deleted my resonator in my 2018 3.5 and it sounds identical to this except I can’t hear my turbos at idle and idk why, I left the flex pipe before the exhaust in,was told that It only dealt with keeping vibration out and had no effect on sound,could that be why I don’t hear them though?

no, they are right about the flex pipe. The 18 3.5l is different than the 15-16 3.5l. If you really want to have more turbo noise you gotta get rid of the cats. This video is old but my setup has changed, i have catless downpipes with no resonator and occasionally take on & off my muffler if i want to hear the turbos more for a few days. No cats makes a huge difference in opening it up
