Checking on Taobao though it seems that there is now a C2 Ultra which is about the same price as the Xgimi, and since the C1 was better, I guess that the C2 is even better still. What's the difference between the C2S and C2 Ultra? Taobao seems to have these two different models, the prices are quite different and I wonder if it's worth the price difference.
C2 Ultra has optical Zoom (C2S and C2 not) and also is much brighter (3000 Ansi Lumens for the C2 Ultra and 1700/2000 for the "small Versions" like C2S and C2)... Also the C2 and C2S has no Imax enhanced Certification...
Only the european and the US Version (and some Versions who follow after that) support all 4 HDR variants (including Dolby Vision). Chinese Version has no Dolby Vision Support...
Can't wait to order the C2 Ultra.
is there any speckle seen in C2 Ultra? Also is this better than Dangbei X5 Ultra? Since Dangbei has ALPD 5.0

How about chromatic aberration? White text on black screen does it show a lot?
From the first professional test in france for the european version the C2 Ultra has nearly no cromatic abberation and no laser speckle...

c2 pro is brighter, has more contrast and also has optical zoom vs digital
