You can tell this house was designed by someone in their twenties. Can you imagine having to stumble down a ships ladder in the middle of the night when you need to use the bathroom? At least it acknowledges that people want somewhere to put a television, that's more than most tiny house plans manage.

Кухня, умывальник, туалет с душевой! Все в разных концах здания! Весь дом опоясан трубами и канализацией! Чудо, а не проект! Мечта водопроводчиков!
План дома мне понравился!! Дом маленький, тянуть трубы не далеко, зато нравится!!

This is very cute. I like it. I'd like after entry to build a couple of outside decks, for minimal outlay, doing much of the work myself, and have a small 2 person spa bath on one. I'd either glass in or cover with outdoor cafe style plastic screening to extend their usage to 3 seasons.

@@Diana-bw6se всю жизнь не получится. Это только молодым по такой лесенке скакать. А пожилым трудно и травмоопасно. Да и молодой может низверзнуться спросонья, если приспичит ночью в туалет. Посмотрите на лестницу, она очень крутая и неудобная.

This is a really great design, I love it..Can I suggest you add a 2nd loft to have another bed? Or do you have another one with 2 bedrooms? I really appreciate it; thanks and the floor plan and style of presenting the outside and inside of the house is great 👍 congrats and keep going... As a builder I need to see the floor plan and sizing at least.

I like the concept with one exception I don't think there's enough windows for allow for circulation when you do a smaller dwelling like this you need to have good circulation because mold can be an issue in smaller dwellings for example there's almost no windows on the upper level and very few on the lower I would add some more windows

What an awkward placement of the fridge...who wants to see it first thing as they walk inside?.... The whole interior would nead 2b reconfigured except 4the loft.
если это загородный/дачный домик, то: не нужно так много пространства для кухни и гостиной - дача это не квартира,. Туалет надо ближе ко входу и рядом со спальным местом. На 4*4 все размещается, видела.. Чердак я бы использовала как мастерскую - шить, клеить и т.д. А в таком, как здесь, виде - места занято много, но все неудобно.
