great design! I have been looking for so,thing exactly this size for our garden, since it‘s the maximum allowed. I think I will model it off of this! I just love the way you did the stairs, that part had me stumped.

@patriciawinslow1554 Only works as a MIL suite if she can climb and crawl. That upstairs bedroom isn't practical for most elderly folks. I think it would make a nice guest house IF that lounge space would turn into at least a queen sized bed.

Just WHERE are you supposed to store all that garden furniture in the winter?
This looks like total CGI. But even if it was a real house, it is just too small! What is the point of being crammed into a tiny box like a sardine in a tin? No place to store anything and it doesn't even have a real sofa. I wouldn't not want a home that is a constant struggle because it is too small for functional living. I certainly do not like McMansions, but this is more like a camping cabin. It would be fine to spend the night in on a camping or hiking trip, but I would not want to live in this sardine can.
My very expensive apartment is smaller 😥 It has one tiny window, so dark. Damp. No insulation. And way ugly. I would love to be in that sardine can right now!!!!!

This was very helpful. I have an all cedar 100 sq. Ft. House. I have no bathroom. I was considering building a bumpout for a bathroom. Your excellent imagery changed my mind. Our loft is mainly storage, we have an IKEA fold out bed/sofa that is perfect. We have a tiny wood stove, yet to be installed. Inspired by your video I can totally rearrange, to accommodate my tiny cast iron tug and compost toilet. Thx

Le concept de mini-maison
que vous me présentez virtuellement aujourd'hui; Est fort jolie!
L'extérieur est tout aussi ravissant que l'intérieur!
Les jeux de couleurs, de textures, de matériaux;
Apporte une touche de fraîcheur éthérée avec quelques gouttes de gaieté!
Quant à la rusticité du bois:
Elle en vivifie leurs éclats, tout en n'y réchauffant l'atmosphère.
L'espace clair et ouvert de la cuisine- salon harmonieusement agencés; Nous permet d'en apprécier sa chaleur conviale et calmante tout à la fois!
Le petit meuble bibliothèque près du divan sectionnelle top confort s'avère fort bien pensée!
Néanmoins, l'évier de cuisine en coin pourrait à la longue:
À mon humble avis ; En susciter un certain inconfort pour les occupants. Il pourrait y avoir risque de brûlure contenu de la proximité des ronds!
Car qui peut se prémunir de toutes maladresses!?
La fenestration y est abondante et bien configurée!
Ce qui s'avère essentielle pour une luminosité maximale.
Pouvoir manger au salon ou au comptoir lunch et en admirer la nature au dehors: En sera assurément; Un pur délice pour les futurs occupants!
Quant à la salle de bain:
Le mur de brique vert à un effet calmant et sécurisant!
Et non ! Je ne vous attends pas avec une brique et un fanal 😂! Je ne crois pas être si dure dans mes commentaires! Oups!🤭 Aucun rapport! 🤔Je n'y voyais que l'occasion de faire un jeu de mot🤣😂!

L'escalier me semble plus sécuritaire en raison du bloc !
Quant à la chambre:
Elle offre un effet simple, sobre et enveloppant!
Une poutre blanche ou brune foncé: Tel la couleur de l'encadrement de la fenêtre, au-dessus de la tête de lit; Apporterait une légère touche de caractère et de richesse à la pièce!
Cela se veut un commentaire constructif en vue d'en rehausser votre oeuvre!
Toutefois, je n'ai point vue d'espace de rangement dans cette pièce?
Peut-être que si vous y mettiez un meuble de rangement en hauteur dans le haut de l'escalier ou ce trouve le cube de la dernière marche. Sans changer la couleur! Car, elle est fort jolie! Cela créerait un effet intime sans pour autant être étouffant !?

TERRIBLE DESIGN! There are no closets in the bedroom for clothes or shoes, no kitchen cabinets or drawers to store dishes, utensils, cookware, much less FOOD. No place to store personal care items in the bathroom, much less extra towels, toilet tissue, etc. What is the point? The seating in the tiny living area clearly does not look comfortable. No thanks. Try harder to impress.

Hace tiempo vi una casa de 5x5 de la cual me enamoré, pero esta 4x4 la desbancó. Si la puedo llevar acabo, modificaría la recamara . El techo más alto y normal, no en dos aguas, para así aprovechar más el espacio con un baño completo arriba y abajo solo medio baño. Siempre pienso en estas casas y en la madrugada con ganas de ir al baño 🛏 🧻🚽 😊🤭
