    It looks like a lot of material is dumped in the weld. Could you have done it with a lower wire output speed or move the gun faster along the piece? I am sure the weld is very strong. Good job though.

    Very very cool. What would be the issue with a lower power welder? Less penetration? I have the smaller parkside solder PFDS 120 is the name.

    You are welding with the nozzle used for gas welding solid wire. Much easier using the right fitting.
