- Its time to get to work on these lights and make them a reality. First thing is first though we need to see how and if they work. We go over what pins do what and how to manipulate them to make things happen.

I have a 2014 Acura mdx my driver side headlight works on high beam daytime running lights work. It does not work on low beam, passenger side works fine.
Thank you so much buddy! I got a pair of MDX headligths and I really needed some guidance cause I don't want to break them before I install them on my Civic 9th gen. You just got a follower.
That’s awesome good luck on them. Hopefully my mistakes along the way can be some guidance. Make sure to check out the series because I have made a couple mistakes that could have been easily avoided
@@ModdingAddiction Thank you so much, I will try to learn as much as I can from your work before doing anything stupid. Seriously, thank you so much mate.
Hell yeah you will kill it. The biggest thing I have learned from these is make sure it is grounded haha I have had more problems than I show with grounding. If your going to heavily modify then unwrap the wires to make sure. It sounds like you just want to change up some colors to make them your own. I have a video coming out that you need to watch while they are apart. Scheduled for the 5th
I want to take apart my 2019 Acura RDX headlights to paint some stuff inside. I have opened up a lot of headlights in my life with the oven but I don’t mind the heat gun method either. I need your advice. I’m so scared of ruining the electronics inside the housing when it’s heated. All the headlights I’ve done in the past, I’ve removed all the bulbs. It looks like you can’t remove bulbs like that for jewel eyes. Can you tell me exactly all the stuff I should remove before heating it up? I don’t want to ruin the LEDs inside.
I would just remove the wiring on the outside that’s easy. Headlights are ment to be hot. Halogens get to like 400F when they are running. LEDs don’t get that hot but are ment to take some heat. The biggest thing I would worry about is major electrical stuff. The LED driver would be the biggest thing I would worry about
