You're right. I want my money back
No one really knows. A lot the song titles are deliberately nonsensical and not attached to any specific meaning. Sometimes they're snippets from things they've heard people say passing by on the street. "I'm Jim Morrison, I'm dead" has nothing to do with Jim Morrrison, but it came about from an in-joke the band had. Similar here. Perhaps you could think of it as ironic and humorous, since Mexico has no Grand Prix (to my knowledge). Maybe you'd have to be in the band to get the joke.
Oh word word, except the Mexican grand prix is actually a real thing though lol.
mexico has a grand prix now, and has had in the past, but at the time this song was out it didnt and hadnt had for about 15 years. god only knows where they got it from
