How many times has there been a challenge that was supposed to be something she would do well in, only for her to royally screw up. I've not seen her do anything well and she only had a badge because it was from a group challenge.
Y’all’ Power Ranger experiences _really_ speak to my soul. lol First of all, I too remember being “too old” for them right around the the time the movie came out. Now, you bet your ass I still went to see it in theaters _and_ I collected the MMPR toys that they were giving out with Happy Meals. (Fate was kind to me as, out of the 3 I ended up getting, I _was_ blessed with my absolute fav, the yellow ranger, Aisha! Be still, my tiny gay heart!) Anyway, I just did the math, and I had just turned *ELEVEN* a couple weeks prior to the movie being released. And yet, I too was deemed “way too old” to be into it. So, Darby, you are soooo right! Kids are fucking assholes. Haha. Also, from here on out, anytime something bad happens in my life, or if I just get hit with a random bout of depression, I will *immediately* remind myself of little Alexis pretending to be Kimberly stuck in a bottle when it was shower time. That’s one of the funniest fucking things I’ve ever heard. Alexis, thank you SO much for your bravery while sharing that with us! ❤
The episode before last was the makeover. So it hasn’t actually been three comedy challenges back to back. The season went Look/sewing Girl group Look/sewing Improve/comedy Rusical Snatchgame Makeover Acting Stand up So really they didn’t have any more comedy challenges than your average American season from at a glance.
ok going to continue crusade of advocating for the immeasurable degree of fabulousity and intellect of which is embodied on and off screen via lol. the tea in my transgender heterosexual opinion wiith somewhat of a pre-drag race 'scoop' ? or rather, the tea: they are (i feel so blatently) that jb has the confessional narrator role, does it naturally and in an enthusiastic way which has contextually been carrying that outgoing tv energy and positivity, in an organic waybecauses she is so charismatic. And ofc, Chedder and Black Peppa, at least in the edit seem to energetically lean more reserved. And although Danny, who I almost can envision winning and adore, is a big personality and great on our screens -- i do feel like that ultra quick nanosecond banter and (almost.. more Americanly superlative Irish charm and easy goingness has enraptured rupaul. And if i've learned nothing else from watchiing as much dr content as i poss could to inject some fun into life in the city of london approaching winter (ahhh why so dark help). From what I understand, Rupaul adores dirty charades, that double entendre, wink wink nudge nudge sexually vivaciously provocative and not even noticably forced back and forth reporté and joking around. Poss a bit like in the comedy challenges, even if people are funny --or in this context have a back and forth that is funny and enchanting and linguistically clever with Ru as I think all the girls seem to in top 5. I just feel (and am so biased SUE ME jb is a fashion doll and such a nice person -- so i will continue to stan ! I digress, to summerise this ted talk level enthusiasm for a reality tv show: JB has the key narrator role so is a must for all the finale talking heads and soundbites, regardless, and I think she was funny in the roast tbh-- I just have always felt so immediatly and tenderly, without question, even in busy crowded manic picture taking soirees of severe glamour glitziness and pretension in equal measure, she is a breath of fresh air. I just have a feeling that Ru, craves that depth of honest to god volleying with someone like that? and it & her confessionals which are surely prompted for narration / story progression, feel chrming, and twee, and sincere and somehow never benile and unapologetically jon benet ! rant over! love you girlies thanks for coming to my ted talk lol p.s am i being overly protective sister rn? im not on twitter (hi alexis ! u k hun?) , and i hope her charisma and soul translates to new audience as magnetically as in real life? sort of thing
