I am concerned now that your homestead needs a bit of tender loving care. What we call TLC.
Cabins in the USA uses a technique called Chinking to insulate gaps between wood to prevent heat from coming in. Keep moisture out. In winter, keep heat in. Basically, you gather mud, or clay. Mix it with either grass, or moss, or straw. Even sawdust. Mix it together. And put it between the gaps of the wood. In your case. You might want to cover the inside walls with it. It’s a suggestion. You can do one wall at a time. Starting with the area where you sleep. To prevent mosquitos and bugs from entering. I hope this idea is welcomed. I hope it helps. Enjoyed your video. This is a crazy idea. But, where this little girl lives. She has access to river rocks. She can build one wall with them. Using mud or clay to hold them together.

It may get help. Bamboo might do it. But since the rocks are there. This might stand a bit better with your weather and where she is at. It’s a suggestion. I pray it’s welcomed.
