I remember being 12 or 13, with heavy snowfall & blizzard like conditions; making my way around the neighborhood with my siblings trick or treating, snow boots on, oversized winter coats that made having a costume pointless!! And now....as an adult with children, I wouldn't even consider having my kids out in the snow trick or treating!!! Oh, how times change!
