you just gotta bail, do a bounce as a cannonball to get in the air whilst bailing and then press X(xbox) or square(ps3) if you spawn on your feet then just throw your board and do the backwards man
The speed glitch i use is easier and faster imp. Run - Jump - Hold RB or R1(for about half a second) - Press Y then finally HOLD the 'dunno' emote. And the trick is for most speed glitches you have to emote AFTER you press y its quite difficult.
i remember bout 4-5 years ago seeing his video on the original speed glitch and i kept doing it since and now i got skate 3 on pc because i dont own a xbox 360 no more and i love having the older version of skate 3 because of the 360 pop shove it bounce glitch and its ben fun playing this game again

Forwards man is pretty easy, its just a lot of timing and practice. Took me about 5 months to get it down but its definitely worth the practice
