You give such useful information but your voice is too calming. I fell asleep listening to you. You make me feel safe.

I appreciate you saving us having to learn this the slow way. Building on each other is what makes humans great, and you're a part of that. I'll see what I can do to return the favor.

I'm a beginner and the entire time I've been trying to figure out Ableton, I've been working in session view. When you dropped the drum into arrangement view (even though this appears to be a basic concept) it blew my mind and opened up a whole new world for me. I just couldn't get shit to work the way I wanted it and now I feel like I can finally move forward. Thank you for taking this approach

I downloaded Abelton Live 9 about 3 years ago, and searched for absolute beginner tutorials and I found them all pretty hard to follow. I have to say this one is the easiest by far to learn from as you explained everything in simple terms, and I paused and did everything you did and learned so much. Thanks and Ill be following your tutorials from now on. I hope to be producing my own style of techno soon. Awesome stuff, and kudo's to you for being a good teacher :) :)

Thank you for making this video. I have never been someone who could play a musical intrument but can hear what I like and thought if I could have different sounds i could possibly make something more I'd like to listen to. I could see spending all day creating on a program like this. Thanks again.

I am new this as well and this is indeed a wonderful start! I use Live 9 and will upgrade to 10. I found several places in the training where I could not find things... they were just not there. I finally deleted my version and downloaded everything again. It took a few minutes and then I found everything was in place. It took a few minutes to reconfigure my interface but that was easy. Good luck.
