Thank you so much! I do computer repair and I’m currently working on a Clients 2011 iMac and couldn’t remember how to update the older OS since I mainly work on Windows computers and it’s been a while!!! You are awesome, downloading chrome worked because it wouldn’t open on Safari.

Hey,i followed all the steps and when my mac restarted, it got stuck onthe white circle withtge line through it, doyou know any fixes?
It takes time, just waiting for it until finish
Error : reason : not recognized … I downloaded it in my window laptop than copied it to mac because safari is also not working in my mac
