The scheme seems good if it helps in providing apprenticeship and skill development and then a stable job. The scheme doesn't cover those who are continuing education. It will be for those who stopped studying and are looking for employment .Once the applicants get a stable job to sustain themselves the scheme benefits stop. So, this is one type of unemployment dole.
When we have such opposition where they are announcing freebies without thinking financial health of state and people vote for such announcement, then what BJP will do????
