Bro I am very disappointed that you are not critically asking questions and if what he said are truly true, you are become like other podcasters who just talk about these things for views,
The word 'mythology' comes from the Greek words 'mythos,' meaning 'story' or 'legend,' and 'logos,' meaning 'word' or 'study.' It refers to the study of myths, which are traditional stories that often explain natural phenomena, cultural practices, or historical events. It does not derive from the Hindi word 'mithya,' which means 'false' or 'illusion.' The similarity in sound is coincidental, as the words have different meanings and origins."
you should stop the misinformation your guest is talking as host.

Amazing Podcast 🗣️🎙️
This is how podcasts should be, both the host and the guest having a mutual discussion, doesn't feel one tone, keep this approach going prakhar. Also Akshat is a wonderful story teller, one podcast with him is never enough.

10:24 It is highly unlikely that you would suffocate due to the CO2 released by trees like banyans at night, even if your house is in a jungle. Here’s why:
1. **Tree Respiration**: Trees do release CO2 at night due to respiration, but the amount is relatively small compared to the oxygen they produce during the day through photosynthesis. The CO2 levels would not reach a concentration high enough to cause suffocation.
2. **Ventilation**: In a typical home, even in a jungle, there would be some form of ventilation (windows, doors, small openings) that would allow air exchange with the outside. This would prevent the accumulation of CO2 to dangerous levels.
3. **CO2 Concentration**: The outdoor air normally contains about 0.04% (400 ppm) CO2. Dangerous levels for humans begin at around 5,000 ppm (0.5%). It would be exceedingly rare for outdoor CO2 concentrations to reach such levels naturally, even in dense forests.
4. **Human Activity**: The CO2 produced by human activities (breathing, cooking, etc.) in an enclosed space is typically a greater concern than the CO2 released by trees at night. Proper ventilation mitigates this risk.
While living in a jungle surrounded by dense vegetation can have unique challenges, CO2 suffocation due to trees is not a common or significant risk.
Now as a doctor let me add a point… only a small dip in oxygen concentration can lead to suffocation.. in a jungle number of trees is very large so amount of CO2 released will also large which leads to suffocation..
When u love listening to his each n every podcast❤ dil se love this man😊

1.50 - 108 wala logic sudhansu trivedi ne kafi acche se samjhaya hai.
What akash Gupta has experience was false awakening during sleep , seeing yourself sleeping its more like astral body experience
It actually phenomenon happened to many people especially those who were getting surgery,
It's my theory, it has to do with consciousness , consciousness is not only in the body of mind it's all around universe
We unknowingly unlock a way to touch with consciousness around us leading to astral body experience
True..thats an astral travel/out of the body experience...and yeah dream bhi ho sakta hai.
One of the most special podcast that I wish never end ❤️
@13:15 ,I knew akshat sir will tell his experience.I have heard him sharing this on other podcast.

Akshar sir love your story telling technique
Refreshing.
In Hindu tradition, the Mukhya Shivaganas (attendants of Shiva) are 108 in number and hence Shaiva religions, particularly Lingayats, use malas of 108 beads for prayer and meditation. Similarly, in Gaudiya Vaishnavism, Lord Krishna in Brindavan had 108 followers known as gopis.
Akshat Gupta hands down the best 😩

Yes it is truth
Most plants release CO2 at night, except few. Through CAM photosynthesis they can produce oxygen at night too. He is correct.

The trees (peepal, bargad etc) that emit oxygen in the dark undergo a kind of photosynthesis called Crassulacean Acid Metabolism (CAM). consistent with this process, they emit a substantial amount of oxygen in the dark.

The sleep paralysis you guys talked about, I experience it each alternate day since I started the Sadhana. Now I even feel, touch & presence of the entity/spirit.
which kind of sadhana you are doing
@@hritiksharma919don't know about Sadhana but I tried follow from tricks for lucid dreaming (concept that you are aware you are dreaming and you can control your dream in any way possible)
I did for like 1 week writing before sleeping for like 30 min ( that I am dreaming keep writing same thing )
It lead to to sleep paralysis more often
I only got lucid dreaming experience that I was aware For like 10/15 sec I was aware of it is dream and I am actually can control but woke up because of too much excitement
But it also was leading me to sleep paralysis so I stoped doing this tricks
