[R1] Singapore's ONLY Mitsubishi Spiral Escalators - Wheelock Place, SG

A better retake of the only spiral escalators in Singapore. There used to be two in Orchard Point but sadly they were removed for unknown reason. These are also the only Mitsubishi units in the entire building; all others are regular Fujitec types.
This is perhaps currently one of the only two places in Southeast Asia installed with Mitsubishi Spiral Escalators, other than WTC Mangga Dua in Jakarta, Indonesia. Mitsubishi is currently the only manufacturer of "spiral escalators" in the world since the product's debut in 1985.

Was the regular escalators manufactured by Mitsubishi too? Or fujitec same as elevator

Yes, according to Mitsubishi Elevator Singapore's website. An advert from Ryoden Singapore I found on NewspaperSG even has a (blurry) photo of the Orchard Point installation.
