      Ozzie Albies. Will be nice.
I am actually very interested if there are common technical factors that allowed small players like albies, mookie, altuve to be great hitters and compete with large guys. I think that a “small” person have to adapt his swing to his natural physical attributes.
Thank you for your vídeos they are very informative.

I disagree. Not all bodies are the same. Arm length, leg length, torso, so to say this swing is for everyone and this is textbook. All swings are different, find what works for you and work on, 95 percent is all mental

I had an interesting revelation l use top hand l Know you do to but all the time l have heard palm up palm down ok of course but a friend of mine showed me this golf thing by John Schlee breaking down what he called the power plane showing Ben Hogans swing and Joe Morgan ok also John Schlee had this break down on the hands so first of all l like to say palm down palm up lead hand is the pull hand back hand or top hand is the power hand ( if you are a top hand hitter) ok so Schlee points out that the fingers are 75 per cent of your hand the palm 12.5 per cent the thumb 12.5per cent this opened my eyes l think to something the top hand was a no no for awhile. They called the top hand the culprit. BUT the top hand is NOT the culprit it is the index l call it the trigger finger that can get you in trouble look again at John Schlee video and how he advocates leaving that trigger finger off until you learn how to control it now look back at Ben Hogan he was the one who said that and when he got control of his trigger finger he ( l believe this is what he meant) he wished he had 3 right hands ( top hand in baseball if your right handed) any it's really cold in Reno right now but have been these drills finding how l want to use my fingers also once saw an interview with Willy Mays where he said he got his power from the area between trigger finger and thumb l know he had other power sources in his swing but he was saying what Ben Hogan said in golf he got that trigger finger under control so any when the weather comes around and balls are coming at me that will tell me more also kind of interested in an axe bat. When l do my drills basically l swing like 10 sledgehammer swings an then 25 swish swings with a golf driver it gives me that rock on a string feel

@Jermaine Curtis Btw I'm mostly referring to the bow and arrow effect you are talking about from the cock back and extending his front foot. Ken had a more narrow stance and didn't have much of a leg kick, so I think you are spot on with the inspiration for that! Great video!
