You can get a really good soldering iron for cheap nowadays, try to look for these models TS100, TS80, SQ-D60 and SH72. You can't go wrong with any of them. :)
I'm not really sure which black mat you are pertaining too, anyway, perhaps you are talking about the silicon mat? It usually use when you are soldering as silicon is heat resistant and won't melt when you accidently drop your soldering iron on the mat. :) Its should be commonly available on any DIY electronic store.
I liked immediately after hearing Psycho - Red Velvet hahaha
Omg ure a reveluv?
Man that ending though! The keyboard sounded so nice!
great music choice while lubing
I just picked up some Durock Lavendar swtiches... .3mm Deskey film you think might be too thick? I believe the TX film is .15mm.
Deskey films works fine with Durock T1. :) It's not too thick. :)
fellow RK71 I see, nice build video!
Nice Ian keep it coming 😎🍻
Thanks 👍
ASMR ending!
Sounds a bit pingy and hollow around the bottom area. Maybe add some more foam on the bottom?
Hi do you clean them first before relubing since I read that the T1 comes prelube from factory right

Keycaps look like the GMK Triumph set
I wish there were GMK, but actually they are just ePBT keycaps.
Did your kit came with the thin black foam? Or did you buy it yourself?
You can order a foam with the kit but no, this foam is separate.
The foam/rubber mat was not par to the kit, I was give to me by a friend. But you can buy a foam that specifically cut for the keyboard.
Nice build, where'd you get the black mat for lubing?
