@@jessicang320 hey, my supervisor helped me out. I was having trouble figuring out how to sign the bill. She told me to go to "add linked" then scroll down "charge slip-prefilled". After clicking on that you select your title (im a ounselor trainee so i click on CT), then sign. If you didnt open your note from the dashboard, you may have to find your name under the provider profile before you sign it. I dont know if this will help. Good luck. I know what its like trying ti figure out how what to do under stress🙂
you would think for $600 a month, tech support would be included, but no. You would think I would be able to search how to do a referral to another practice, but no.
