이때 본방으로 봤었는데 이승훈이 노래 못하는건 모두가 알고 있었고 근데 뭔가,, 방송에서 와우 포인트를 가져간 참가자여서 초반 시청자들 대다수가 떨어지지않길 바랬고 그 힘으로 올라왔는데 막상 탑10 탑5 이렇게 되니까 딜레마에 빠진,, 그런 참가자였었음 그런데 그 배경을 함께 봐왔으니 부족한 실력임에도 모순적으로 감동이 느껴졌었다

I followed Kpop Star Season 1. Right from his audition, I remember thinking he was tone deaf and crazy. Eventhough I'm no expert in rap, I thought his rapping was terrible at first. He improved as the competition progressed and his performances were very memorable and moving especially the part where he was given 30 mins to prove himself to be in the top 10. I really was rooting for him to win, not because he was super talented at singing/rapping but more because of his effort. He really put in a lot of effort in his performances. I especially remember signing a petition or smtg for YG to accept him as a trainee (obviously the petition wasn't taken seriously but hey, YG did take him in) I really can't wait for his official debut. He has improved tremendously since his audition.

He also says that people told him that his dreams of becoming a performer are useless and that nobody would have expected him to be where he is today. It's touching. :'(
I usually don't like high pitched voices on rappers, but on him, omg. I just can't help it but be so focused in on him. I love his enthusiasm. He has so much potential, and I probably will never get bored watching one of his performances I can't wait to see what YG has for him.
