For darker skin tones, select the color of the skin with the eyedropper tool, add a new layer and make the blending mode “Multiply” then turn it more red from the color wheel. Then select the airbrush and start shading the skin with blush like Mellie did in the video. :D
(Available for any art app with blending layers including Autodesk, IbisPaint, maybe Medibang, Clip Studio, Paint Tool Sai etc.)

A RUclipsr called Senpai Wolfie said you can share any skin tone by taking the colour then changing the main colour to red on IbisPaint. On the colour circle thing.
