Owned a drop weight but upgraded to the Pro Stringer 2.0. I love the compactness of the machine. What a fun little machine to string with. So I bought a couple of the new Pro Stringer clamps. They are better then the original clamps they came with. But for the price point, I might suggest giving the Stringway clamps a look.
I was considering this machine. So glad i went with a traditional set up with a wise tensioner. Seeing Harry deal string a racquet using this validates others reviews on how fiddly it is.
I have that new clamp. Unfortunately, it doesn't tighten enough. When stringing synthetic gut at 60+ lbs it kept slipping. I ended up shorting the screw on a grinder to make it work as it should. Pro Stringer insisted that there was nothing wrong with it based on a photo that I sent them. Imagine that. If you get a bad clamp like I did, just grind few centimeters off and you'll be happy.
@@clayboy7703 - Can you share your experiance on the Pro-Stringer Claws ? I am contemplating between Pro-Stringer Claws and Stringway triple flying clamp.
@@FS-hp9oy I like the clamps they are good. But they aren’t that much better then the original clamps that came with fhe Pro Stringer 2.0. I think the stringway flying clamps are cheaper and better quality. They also have a triple double version of the flying clamp.
@@clayboy7703 and what about a comparison between the claws 2.0 and the gamma flying clamp? Also, did the claws 2.0 last? I know that the first model breaks pretty soon
is there any real differrence between Pro-Stringer Claws 2.0 and 2.0+ ? Just trying to understand the price difference since 2.0+ is $35 more compared to 2.0 atleast by the looks I do not see any difference other than 2.0+ is balck and 2.0 is all chrome.
Wohoo! Thank you coach for the amazing feedback! ;)

Do you think it’s better the 2.0 claws or gamma clamps?
@@momentsintime1991 2.0 claws much better.
Been wanting to get one of these machines. Seems like it may be time.

What's a wise tensioner?
Do a review on mistringer please!
Another video with EasyStringer please
Do the floating clamps lose tension?

The chrome version (grey) or the siver version (silver)?
Does it slip for all types of strings or just synthetic gut? I haven't had any slippage issues with my new pro stringer clamps.

It's the black chrome plating.
12:54 This guy must be blind if the thinks those strings are straight. Look at the 13th cross downwards for example.
Yeah you're right!!
Definitely several crooked crossses in that racquet.

Nope, the Regna is not readily available in Australia. Best bet is Japan.
Where is he playing in Tunisia?!
What kind of strining machine is that?
👍
After his review of the great tenix racquet (not). I don't believe anything he promotes anymore
The price is also improved X2 , no thanks
