    Amazing, Thank You so much. This video is short precise, easy to understand, not only does kenzorman explain where it is, but what it is and how to do it . If you want to know the basics of how Arnold / materials work, watch now.

    Thanks a lot! I made a building with glass (i like it reflecting) , but it can only reflect the objects afont, but it doesn’t reflect the HDRI in the background that I was using. I appreciate the help. Thanks!

    excellent, thank you very much. I couldn't figure out how to solve my scene. I try to follow these parameters for transparencies, but I can't control the noise. Is there a specific configuration? Cheers

    Does Arnold have a stock material library? Material Library similar to Keyshot...

      No. There is. a default material library on Solid Angle Website, but very basic materials.

      what kind of thing would you like ?

    Why my background do not show the grass, but a single color?

    • @kenzorman
      @kenzorman  4 года назад

      The grass is from the HDRI image i use in the scene, But you must use a perspective camera to Render it.
      If you render the scene in an orthographic view you only see a single pixel blown up to fill the screen (a single colour).

    Material Editor question:
    After copying a material that's assigned to an object and assigning the new copy too another object it doesn't seem to be 'unique' in that when changing the ambient/base color it changes the material it was cloned (as copy) from. WTH?
