Assuming it's serviced regularly, are they generally reliable doing lots of motorway miles??

Yep, keep changing the oil and they will go on forever, also we have a customer who has rev limiters fitted to the vans his staff drive and he swears by them, less repairs, less down time, more work

The honest answer is No this is 1.6 HDI with 90hp in a 307 or smaller like I have it’s fine but for this van I wouldn’t recommend it . But If you didn’t want the 2.0 Engine you could reliably remap the 1.6 HDI to 120BHP 270NM torque
