13:54 "The rats rabbited you out" - Michał Wójcik said "zające ćwierkają, że...", which literally means "rabbits are chirping, that...". He tried to idiomatically say that "people are saying that you have/did something", but obviously mixing up the animals, and that's what made it so funny 😂
@@RobReacts1 In Bean movie it was "Mr" so it was always played as a joke. In polish however "Jaś" is common nickname for a silly young boy and at the same time a name of a bean type.
@@Vengir I highly doubt it. It is very common to refer to any silly character in fairy tales or jokes as Jaś. Also any local weirdo is called Jaś as well.
@@vitoswat The fact that Jaś is a common name in fairy tales might have contributed to Jack from Jack and the Beanstalk becoming Jaś in Poland. It is one of the best-known fairy tales in general. Even in the 21st century it gets parodied, like in Rick and Morty or The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine. It's not impossible that Jaś was chosen independently of that fairy tale, but Jaś next to fasola together brings a certain connotation to many people that makes us think that it was likely intentional.
You should also check out the ani mru mru's Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves because it's a direct continuation, after they played the red hood with only 2 actors they had to do the ali baba and the forty thieves so we see them struggle with that one as well
They actually made this sequel - Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves! You must watch it! There played 3 people and you have already watched many movies with this third person.
Kapitalna robota tłumacza ! Jest szansa żeby ktoś Robowi przetłumaczył Legendarny " Z tyłu sklepu" TEYa - najlepzza opowieśc o Polsce Smolenia i Laskowika ?
"ate her up in the toilet" - yup, polish word "skonsumować" means "eat" in kind of sophisticated way ("consume"), but this word is also used in different context - "skonsumować związek" means "have first sex in a relationship". And adding, that it happened in toilet... You understand there is a joke behind it 😉
Every Polish child know, that Red Hood is not Polish tale. It's because in Poland you never bring your grandma any food. You get tons of food and sweets at grandma's.🤣
Here's the thing. "Dupa" is a word that is NOT supposed to sound good. It's more equivalent to the English "arse" or "ass". "Buttocks" more accurately translates to "pośladki". I'm guessing your translator was afraid of RUclips's censoring system.
I am asking you to react to this wonderful song called "The White Cross". It is performed by the music band "Czerwone Gitary" and Krzysztof Klenczon, a famous musician from the city called Pułtusk, where I come from. Unfortunately, the song does not have subtitles, but I believe that you will find the lyrics on the Internet and provide subtitles for the film in English. please do it because this song means a lot to us.

You must look. Góral na zakupach. Robert Królczyk.
Rob, EVERYONE in Poland knows Mr. Bean, trust me.
Monty Python is also well known.
Yeah, second Mr Bean exist in president palace🤣
And Billy Hill
Worth mentioning that in Poland he is known as Johnny Bean - Jaś Fasola.
Also Keeping up appearances! 😊
Now you have to react to the follow up to this sketch „Alibaba i 40 rozbójników” with Robert Górski from KMN. There’s a lot of corpsing in that one
Oh yeah, mostly because Robert improvised a lot there 😁
I was going to suggest this, this sketch is fantastic 😆
Their names are Marcin Wójcik (blonde guy) and Michał Wójcik (the other guy with the great mimics). They're not family tho.
That animal swap was intentional, because in English "sypnąć kogoś" is "to rat someone out". This translator did a very good job.
Love this translation
Fun fact: In Polish Mr Bean actually has a first name, Jaś Fasola, which is diminutive of name Jan (John). So in polish Mr. Bean is called John Bean.
Oh really. I wouldn't have a clue what his first name was
@@RobReacts1 In Bean movie it was "Mr" so it was always played as a joke. In polish however "Jaś" is common nickname for a silly young boy and at the same time a name of a bean type.
@@erarzemieslnikow3196 "Jaś" was likely chosen as a reference to a fairy tale "Jaś i magiczna fasola" (Jack and the Beanstalk).

We absolutely do know who Mr. Bean is! The show was extremely popular, you can still find it on TV sometimes (he's called "Jaś Fasola" in Polish).
Rob, przy-łą-czam się. Thanks for the video.
'reszta' can mean 'the rest' (of the crew), but it also can mean 'the change' (ie. the remainder of money after paying for something).
I recommend watching the continuation of this skit , “Alibaba and the 40 Highwaymen” in Polish ''Alibaba i 40 rozbójników''
Since you brought it up, we love Mr Bean here. We call him Jaś Fasola
You should also check out the ani mru mru's Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves because it's a direct continuation, after they played the red hood with only 2 actors they had to do the ali baba and the forty thieves so we see them struggle with that one as well

Little bit of GIN? Hahaha You obviously forgot they are poles.

Buttocks in Polish is more like tyłek, albo tyłeczek. Dupa is an arse.
1:43 Of course we know who Mr. Bean is. A brilliant character who entertained for years. To this day I feel sad about his car being run over by a tank
