I like the fact that you are mixing traditional bodybuilding movements with athletic training. A lot of people nowdays contempt bodybuilding, specifically single joint exercises, as non functional but truth is if you combine them with plyos, sprints and explosive barbell movements you will become an athletic beast. Of course, you are not going to look like Phil Heath, but none the less, you will acquire the "warrior physique" and superhero reflexes. Subbed.
Hi, just a quick question, is this program suitable for basketball, as i have a good foundation of strength from lifting for 6 months and would like to develop my explosiveness, will this program be beneficial for my performance?
