I enjoy how selective you are in getting things from charity shops. Here in USA I will do online thrifting for cashmere sweaters and high street dresses and even some Zara pieces I like. I like shopping secondhand. And when I purge my wardrobe I donate back to the secondhand charity shops locally. My favorite is an animal rescue charity shop. 🥰

You have great taste and you definetely know how to stick to your style! Cheap prices can be really overwhelming and tempting to just get anything that looks good for a discount. But you really know how to get the treasures! That's what I'm learning from watching your vlogs....Great energy!

Great finds! You have a great sense of style and very keen eyes for hidden treasures in charities! And those charities are really well stocked up, I envy you! Where I live charities are really poor, it's hardly anything worth getting 😢! Your doggo is soooo cute 😍! I'm always very happy to see other people dogs and hear when they talk about them in such a nice way as you do! I also have a dog and I tell her every day that she is a love of my life! I hope you will do more videos in the future as I thoroughly enjoy watching this type of content: great finds for very little money and lifestyle that is sustainable, not wasteful but very tasteful! I love Laura Ashley, and your top is my favourite piece from this haul. I have a navy Laura Ashley handbag - it looks fabulous, and appears to be indestructible!
This weekend my husband and I visited our local Animals in Distress shop. I found a crisp white cotton M&S shirt that looks as if it was made for me, and a long navy cardigan too. I didn’t realise there was a half price sale on until I was at the till - £6 for the two lovely pieces!

On your cream top you can try a dab of shaving cream on it. Just let is sit 5-10 minutes then sponge off with a wet cloth. Will take coffee stain out of carpet, etc.

Love your approach to charity shopping - been a lot more aware myself and been trying things like sticking to a colour pallete (which i think was a tip from you on instragram at some point) but its made me LOVE fashion again…love this series ❤

You have inspired me, I have always liked charity shopping but you have given me the tools to look for the right things. I have just been to my local charity shop and bought three items totalling £12, including a Joules padded jacket. Total cost if I had bought all three new would have been £230. It's a no brainer.

Hi Monica, love this format. I thought the boat neck top was super cute and really suit. Very chic. That said I loved all the items you purchased, certainly have an eye. I now have a Monica watch, I love it and receive many compliments. As I am petite it suits my wrist perfectly!!! Any tips on finding good petite trousers. I really struggle here as I can sometime make a dress out of the bottoms I have to cut off or the fitting is not true petite. Anyway, thanks for sharing and I look forward to the next xx
