Great review! I was in the live crowd for this PPV and it's fun to remember. The disturbance distracting the crowd during the Sabin/Lynn match was a large brawl. Some fans just started beating the crap out of each other and it slowed the in ring action down until it was under control. During the Last Rites match, Vince Russo was standing just off camera and that side of the crowd that saw him started loudly chanting "Fire Russo" until he stormed off. I don't know if it had anything to do with the match or just him showing up but he wasn't happy. The crowd was when he was gone though.

    Brother Ray flying was cool
I hate what they are doing with the upcoming Harris vs Storm rivalry
    Steiner x Angle should've happened in 2003
I liked the idea of the Last Rites Match but the match itself was slow and boring (Sting was dead after Abyss hitting him with the candle)

This was the last TNA show I ever watched. With Joe getting screwed at the end like that, was the final confirmation for me that TNA Originals were always gonna be underneath WWE cast-a-ways. Everything was aligned for Joe to win, with Christian having none of his goons there to save him. Then that BS ending.

True but TNA from 2010-2013 was even worse when Hogan and Bischoff joined and ruined it’s identity long term smh 🤦🏻‍♂️
Impact Wrestling in recent months and years(since 2019 & In the Pandemic Era) is only now decent to good again since before that period where it lost a lot of money when Hogan and Bischoff were there. Impact now is better than WWE in 2021(since August) imo. WWE has been 50/50 for its PPVs since after WM 37. MITB was the only well booked show under WWE in the US since fans returned to the Arenas.
