Super no nonsense explanation. A great instructional video making something daunting seem so simple. I like the speed of the video, you get all the necessary information in without unnecessary fillers. Excellent, well done!
Great video guys.
Following it through step by step, nice & clear instructions/explanations.

Straight forward explanation. Took about an hour per side. Would have been easier if I didn’t have rusty fasteners to deal with. $190 bucks for the parts from Rock Auto. They were the only place I could find the struts. Beats the $1300 the dealership tried to charge my daughter.
Dealership just quoted me $1527 for shocks and sway bar links on my 2017 500e. I'll definitely be doing this one myself!
I hear ya...was quoted a similar price...guess i'll be trying this myself.
Y’all are the best!
Thank you buddy, will follow you and look at how do do the spring next.. straight to the point. 👌👍 ..
Hey awesome video guys. Can you tell if the front strut is supposed to move at the top and when the vehicle is lifted off the ground and the steering wheel been played with?
Thank You!
Brilliant, thank you
very good 👍 just the job its been 6 Years since I did my b14 conversion and a refresher was needed #NewMounts installation soon
Have 0 idea why but I've never take more than half a second to remove the brake line from it's push in hold. You literally just roll it out no need to go at it with metal
I wish the link was in the description though
Does the car need to be realigned after replacing the front shocks?
Pretty much - I heard that if a seasoned pro does it he can guess-timate how to reassemble and still be aligned, but better to have a proper alignment done. Too many variables change that will throw the alignment off
@@Jaco2kThanks!
i think now my new left front shock absorber is not working properly because after car is staying in place for a while, 1 hour for example, and than i press that corner of car where is suspicious shock, first 2-3 movements up and down is going so easy, like without any resistance, and than becomes hard like it should be allways?...they are old maybe two weeks, and about 300 km on them, every time after car is parked about 30 minutes it seems like shock absorber looses power, and after 2-3 bumps he becomes hard again...i belive this is not good because other one is allways hard ☹️ do you know what is problem with that shock with this symptoms?
