Ryno gave everything to this sport and people are just now starting to realize how important he is. I appreciate his discourse. I wish more people would stop and think about things a little deeper.
ahahahahaha like someone can be a total jerk for years and years and then try to "teach" people from his "tests." Newsflash Ryno, if you weren't a total jerk you wouldn't have had to learn these lessons... you know like normal people learn when they are 15.
you taught me so much as a rider. cant wait to see you again. your last class at wildcat creek played a massive role in my mental look at racing my motorcycle. wish i had you around daily to help train me for regionals. hope you good ryan.
I remember when Jay came home while training with you, and talked about only drinking out of glass and how much organic food cost.......it paid off he won a championship. You don't know it but their is a tribe of dudes in south jersey that have been paying attention to every little bit of info you drop. Thank you
You can't learn properly unless you make mistakes and you my friend have made heaps , this is the wisdom that creates true knowledge. Take away emotion and become the observer , the true challenge within
watched this video several Times.what a good ending.glen coldenhoff dutch rider was also 1 of his students,2 Times podium mx of nations, absolute mud/sand riders nightmare.still watching this video again& again when my search suggestions offers it. enjoyable.this s*** needs to go Netflix.
In first of all mx time,I think he is the 1st of the kind of teacher that he is.among other things, aabsolutely not a single trace of egoism.i am convinced that this charity will bring down 50% less injury over time in mx.rare character
The segment about just wanting to exist. Ryno says these things that just resonate with me so much hate to say it but I almost want to cry. Love to be a fly on the wall and just take in what he has to say. call it what u want putting him on a pedestal or just having the common sense to realize dude has figured something out about life and how to take it in guess I got a man crush 🥰🤣
A very inspiring video from a man who knows exactly what he's talking about. I would like to see many more videos like this. Greetings from Switzerland
I love the way he thinks, not just about motocross but about life it self. It is eye opening how much more there is in life. I think Ryan is a great teacher on and off the track 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
Great vid. Besides exploring every square inch of this realm, being a mx trainer is a dream job. Doing what u love to do is peace! Id pay just to get rynos thoughts on diet? Simplicity key i always say!
Hyper focus.ihave been lookin for so long why it was I could see and learn so fast remember numbers remember people I knew from years past there voice and not seethe but new them by there voice only. And being able to pick up .on so much.and now I know hyperfocus. Wow thank you so much.i learned again it never stops .
about ten years ago watching a moto about 80 % of the kids on 65s racing that day were wearing neck braces. Watching them it dawned on me neck braces were causing so many crashes and tip overs. They couldn't look a head couldn't turn their head to look threw the corner. They Looked like a bobble head doll. I stared paying attention to this more and it became so obvious that these neck braces were hindering these kids. Tried pass on what I was seeing, I was told I didn't know anything so thank u Ryan Hughes.just feels good to know I was thinking on same level as Ryno guess I'm not as dumb as I look
Brutally honest, some generations consider that harassment, hate speech etc etc etc. If the truth hurts buckle up, Ryno gonna break more than your feelings.
Minnesota here. Just got back from road trip to South California. stopped at swing arm city and some other spots. Made me realize how much I need to learn. Dig the mantra, I live Mobile and ride all kinds of motorcycles. My son who is 12 and I will be back to the southwest (bringing 3 motorcycles with) as soon as school is out. Hopefully our paths cross. Definitely going to use your advise to train my son, thank you sir.
Great and interesting video. Words of wisdom from an MX/SX superstar. Training methodology Is off the chart. Can't wait till Noah hits the races with all his newly acquired knowledge. You said 3 years or so, but he wasn't on his 250f? Last I knew you had him riding trails to improve balance and get seat time. Thanks for the video Ryan, look forward each and every time. Liked the length also rather than a 3 min clip.
Ive tried on 3 separate occasions to get him to teach me and my son, EVERY time he's said yes and then I get zero response. Bummed because I love what he's teaching.
after a quick internet scan Ryan appears to be an expert on 1) spinal damage due to crashing 2) getting wrestled to the ground by Mike Depaglia and 3) citing old Ram Das mantras. He should stick to what he knows...
This man escaped the matrix through simplicity and internal knowledge of self. I have the same dream. The more you own, the more it OWNS YOU! He is 100% himself. Not many can claim that. Freedom to say and do what you want, when you want, and author your own reality and paycheque = fuck you energy. Ryno gets it completely. Do you own your 24 hrs? If you don't, simply put, you're a slave.
Morning Ryan!!!! Just want to ask you if you could do some class's on 2 stroke clutch work and more!! Like i said before i am getting into riding again after 20 plus years!! Me to i live in my trailer off the grid and it is the best thing i ever did!! And also explane the moveing of the fork clamps to ajust my bike for me!! My 125x has not got here yet due to are libreal politicians, it is setting of the cost somewhere!!! Keep on rocking Ryan!!!
I would love to come down and train, I live up here in Washington st..and really could not come down there and take classes..Believe me if I could pack up and bring my Trailer dog and stuff down I would come down in a heartbeat!! I love your style of coaching big time!! You are a good man brother!! I live off grid in my trailer to..and love it!!
Google motocross tracks within 2 hours of where you live. Call and see when the practice days are open. Go out and ride and practice for about 10 times and then learn the track. Learn how to jump and turn. Watch others ride. When you feel up to it sign up for a race. Keep progressing and don’t ride over your head. That’s about all it takes.
Ryan ; Hit me up next time you see me out at the Rez (Pala) and we can arrange a Free Limousine experience for you & your choice . I'll probably be driving my Light Blue Mercedes towing my KX450F. The guy that rides without a jersey
Ryan a lot of what you preach makes sense and is interesting but you have started to cross the line. There are many ways to accomplish goals and every time you call out a successful person it makes you look bad an petty. No need to call out Deegan or Aldon Baker. Every person has their own way of determining success and happiness. Respect that.
@@michaelporter9894 Yep, said that he was trying to “be important” but at the cost of using his kids to stay relevant. Seems to be working for Deegan pretty well so far.
The more he claims to have mastered his ego, the more he sounds like just another malignant narcissist who read a hippie chick's book on enlightenment, did some yoga and ate a bowl of sprouts, then proclaimed himself an "Enlightened Master". It's fucking crazy what the slightest bit of self-reflection will do to someone who never engaged in any self-awareness until they had to when it all came crashing down. Great riding tips and endless self-promotion aren't what makes one an "Enlightened Master". It makes you someone who is monetizing what should be a solely spiritual journey to set yourself apart from the other thousand coaches in SoCal. Great schtick until someone sees through it.
Oh wise Jake Rivets, only you know the truth. Sounds like you're the one with the ego problem. Ryno is being completely honest. Humility is knowing exactly what and who you are, not belittling yourself.

ryan seems like he still needs some help. This seems to be a cry for some counseling or something. I dont think he has gotten over his demons just yet. Good luck to him though. I hope he comes out the other side a better person.
Ryno gave everything to this sport and people are just now starting to realize how important he is. I appreciate his discourse. I wish more people would stop and think about things a little deeper.
I agree , but wish he would have reached these realizations 25 years ago ......🤔.

Thoughts on training knee over toe? I see trainers getting athletes injured by not training knee over toe. Thoughts?
Ryno can u do a video on seat position when cornering
Does this help: ruclips.net/video/xDVsB_PmMa8/видео.html
lets just not wear helmets or boots well we are at it
ur saying to not wear a neck brace ?...dude

Ryan, you are always giving back and are a great man we have a purpose
1) Go to a Christian Non Denominational
Church
2) I DID IT WAS A LIFE CHANGER
3) BUY KING JAMES VERSION OF THE BIBLE
READ Proverbs and Psalms over and over look at where Jesus traveled in the back pages of the Bible
4) You just need to focus on something bigger than yourself, God he is definitely bigger than us
5) People have told you worse things to do I promise you
5) Love you, my Brother in Christ
The neck brace you wear after surgery works better then any Moto brace, they are useless.
wish you and sexton would work together
Probably keep him off the ground. His problem is mental. Wants to win but needs to podium first. Just get on box regularly then the wins will come.
oops Lapaglia...got the name wrong but outcome the same
