  • This patient came to us with a painful ganglion cyst. Long-term treatment would be to get the ganglion cyst surgically removed. However, the downside to that is that you don’t get to the root of it well enough, and they still have a really high recurrence rate. As long as it’s not super painful, it’s best to pop it when the cyst becomes an issue and/or uncomfortable. Watch as Dr. Jamie Carter pops this patient’s cyst and gives this patient some much needed relief!

Cold spray is one of the greatest things ever invented. I've had 15+ cortisone injections into my knee, and if my doctor doesn't have any, I tell him to get some and come back! Great video as always!!

I have one on the bottom of my toe next to my big toe! It is huge now. Podiatrist tried to remove fluid, but it was very thick. He said it could cause that toe to not flex if we did surgery to remove it. It is now so large it doesn’t bend anyway and is pushing into the next toe! It basically looks like my toe is growing a another toe! 😩🤦‍♀️😂

Could this fluid be injected into a joint that has damage like a bad knee or hip? I hear ads about using natural biologics to repair joints. I think the are just modern quacks but is this what they are talking out of one part of the body and injecting it in another joint?

I just had an MRI for a possible stress fracture and it said I had a small ganglion cyst. The top of my foot is swollen so is this the cyst?

I have one on my foot that no one wants to deflate. I saw a surgeon who said trying to fix it is like sewing wet toilet paper.

I have something my Dr suspects might be a ganglion cyst. My question is do they cause a burning sensation. This thing is in the outside of my foot and it burns all the time
