Nice work, that rock sure does look a bit aggravating, especially around those pipes!! If the new neighbor is gong to have that circle driveway removed, hopefully they are talking to you about doing it since you are already working on that property. What a driveway there, don't think I would want all those "depressions" in it personally. Good idea staying off it with the equipment, hooking up that ripper there..... bit of a pucker factor.....but that is just probably me. Interested to see the rest of their decisions, have a good one!!👍
Thank you! Yeah they already asked me about tearing it out when it’s time. I agree I wouldn’t want that type of driveway either. To each his own I guess. Appreciate you watching
that driveways IS pretty neat... wouldnt surprise me that it cost 250k... nice digging that ditch its going to take lots of topsoil to backfill it...Great work and thanks for sharing
I remember everything about that project as being tedious and very expensive. Remember how to charge for EVERTHING, seems like all other trades have remembered!
When we work on new pavers ,conc. finish floors etc. we put diapers on our equipment. We do a lot of work in malls and food plants . The mandate all equipment has diapers on them. Google Drip Diaper I'm shure you could find something that works for you. There like a big Pig mat that gets bungeed under the machine so if you blow a hose or have a leak it doesn't stain the floor.🍻
If that driveway had been a spec job of a highway project it could have easlily been $250,000....been there seen that! Of course I'm guessing about it's size! I was the successful/lowest bidder for a total highway project. The Highway Dept. didn't like my unit price of that paticular pay item (the driveway) but they had to pay it.
I spotted their old house next door for sale on Zillow ($2.2M), 99 pictures, it has alot of the same features just 2000 sq ft larger, so, yeah...downsizing to 5500 sq ft, a bit cramped hahaha.
Wow! This project is a challenge and you will have to use all of your skill and powers. Great content, strategy and attention to the details Brandon. I guess I'll give a pass on the email contact...
Fantastic job buddy 👍🏻 just like your instagram post been awhile since we seen the 260 in action why were you measuring the hole and love the music bet those lines and pipes were annoying being in the way
I have so many thoughts on this one. First of all, I didn't know that in your area they line the driveways with Platinum, but you learn something new every day... Now, I have to say digging that ditch looked SO painful. Did you have to go see your dentist afterwards - or maybe I should have said kidney doctor? So if you just had a dollar for every piece of advice that was ignored, you could probably retire, is my guess.
If that driveway cost $250K, I would have loved to be that guy. And next to them I'd like a peek at the "Landscape Architect's" bill and get a cut of that. I hope you go through a box of No. 2 pencils coming with a bill for yourself because these people seem to be willing and able to part with their fortune. It never ceases to amaze me what people do today trying to outdo each other. The worst part is they have to tell what everything cost because just looking at it you can't see dollar figure they spent. It's nice but there's a limit to that. You better leave that new microphone at home or else RUclips will be on you for awful language while you finish this job up. Looks like you found quite a few "artifacts" in that trench. Do they make a 4" bucket that's not called a shovel?
I totally agree it doesn’t look any different to me than a normal driveway. I can only imagine the landscape architect bill too. This whole projects blows my mind on what they don’t mind spending money on and what they do. No kidding it was not a fun digging day lol
Even after that house was built, those homeowners still know how to confuse everybody, house is still ugly.must be nice to be able to waste money.that’s just my opinion.good little video, just keep on doing what you do best.be safe.just hope they don’t change their minds again, about anything.next.😎😎😎👍👍👍
I guess that’s what you call “job security “. I guess you can change your mind when monies no object.
Great job Brandon. Thanks for sharing with us.
Definitely job security lol! Yeah apparently they have very deep pockets.
The Wife Unit and I stayed there in Joplin a couple of weeks ago. We made sure to wave hello.
Oh cool!
Holy moly! That is a nightmare. I've always wondered what a $250k driveway looks like, now I know. Lol
lol yeah the driveway looks like every other concrete driveway to me 🤣
That much money I would at least expect some nice pavers. I wonder if the guy had a gun and a mask?🍻
Brandon good to see the 260 puttin in some work….rock!!! It had to be rock 💪🏻😂
It needed to earn its keep lol

Thank you! That’s true it’s a pretty fancy drive. Yeah I bet it takes 30 loads of topsoil which is crazy lol

I didn’t think you were ever going to get that one rock out. 😮
It was a pain for sure.
Looks like you'll need to call Demolition Dave from down in Oz. He'll get that rock loosened up on in a jiffy.😂😂😂😂
Might have to 🤣
I remember everything about that project as being tedious and very expensive. Remember how to charge for EVERTHING, seems like all other trades have remembered!
I’m definitely remembering to charge like you said everyone else has
After about ten minutes of that, I’m thinking there would have been some low grade explosives involved 💥💥😆
lol no kidding that would have been washer and more fun

That’s cool I will have to look into those I’ve never heard of them. Appreciate you watching
Wow, that quite the driveway. Is the Concrete 8 inches thick?
I think it’s only 6” thick but lots of steel I guess
250,000 for a driveway. They obviously have deep pockets 🙄. Awesome job as always
They do but it still seems dumb to me 🤣 it doesn’t look much different than a normal drive

I think with the mix and amount of steel in it plus the finish on it it easily added up to that amount. Got to make it worth your worth for sure

Oh wow they knocked it down a million lol! Yeah it’s an interesting house. It’s a Frank Lloyd Wright style house so it’s very different in my opinion.

It’s different for sure. I never found an email from you. You can try it again all lower case and no spaces. eliteearthworksllc@gmail.com

lol yeah i was surprised on the driveway too. Sad part is it doesn’t look like anything special 🤣 my kidneys definitely were a little sore.
292nd!!
Nice
That is some nasty stuff!
I've been watching for years, could you please send a small sticker to an old veteran?
Yes it was.
If you want send me an email with your address and I’ll send you one. eliteearthworksllc@gmail.com
Man your still dry but mud would be worse on that project 👍🏻🇺🇸
It’s extremely dry still
I really wanna see inside that house...ain't gonna happen I know.
Stay TF away from that driveway!!!
I may be able to sneak in there it’s very odd to me but I guess I’m not artsy enough 🤣
