Ivy very humble BANDMATE that's extremely gifted as FK !!! Seen the Rockville 2024 set . SHE can get the crowd moving!! Lander Sisters this ONE is a keeper !!!!!
i remember seeing kittie in OZZFEST 2000 baytown tx…and saw them in corpus christi…i’ve been a fan of them since high school i say back in 99-00…spit is my favorite album
I was wondering what they'd think of Poppy's cover of Spit, or if they'd even seen it. It was nuts seeing that released a few months after I started listening to Kittie myself. It's cool that they're so happy about it.
Spit sounded and still sounds like NOTHING else in metal. I feel like Kittie were young and just vomited out whatever they felt like, without regard of established rules. That's why it's a timeless classic.
Lmao & Ivy and the compliment in the guitar solo. To be fair- it was PACKED for Kittie and it was probably difficult to see clearly. Also you could tell the interviewer didn’t really brush up on Kittie history, solos have been in the band since 2005, and his questions were generic. Still happy to see an interview with Kittie and I’m sure the guy was interviewing over a 100 people, so no hate there either 😊. Btw, “Vultures” absolutely slayed!
Hey there! Thanks for your comment and for sharing your thoughts on the band's performance at Sick New World Festival. It's true that the crowd was packed during Kittie's set, making it challenging for everyone to see clearly. And you're right, sometimes interviewers may not have in-depth knowledge about a band's history or specific details. It's great that despite that, you still enjoyed seeing an interview with Kittie, and there's definitely no hate towards the interviewer. By the way, I'm glad you loved their performance of "Vultures"! It sounds like they really slayed it on stage. Kittie has been known for their powerful solos since 2005, and it's awesome that they showcased their skills at the festival. Thanks again for sharing your perspective, and I hope you continue to enjoy their music. Rock on! 🤘
Funniest shit ever lolll they are so polite too haha great clip and their performance was GREAT too 🤟so dope they played Do You Think I'm a Whore! Loved that they chose an old school track for the old school fest! 😝
@@kenavery6576 It had its moments. They stopped because their label went bankrupt and the singer went off and shagged up with Tony Iommi. And that was the end of that.
Let me set the record straight: Kittie is NOT a nu-metal band. I personally love Kittie and I have always loved nu-metal as a subgenre but Kittie made one nu-metal and that’s it.
Great interview but damn bro? Really? That lil mic was a joke. lmao Then you have to read your questions off your phone lmao So sorry but i would have done a way betta job being stoned outta my mind... Kittie you are Goddesses of Metal \m/
"One word.....Pantera". Never heard it put any better. Getcha pull!!!!!

Well they had to license the right$ so they definitely want it to succeed. I love kittie and poppy killed it.

Exactly.. the album was PURE RAGE. Excellent!
What? It had a generic Nu Metal sound. Brackish had a common chord progression used in other metal songs.
I love that Mercedes said Pantera. F*** yes Mercedes. F*** yes👍🏽

They were great. Except the second album when it was clear the industry big wigs got their hooks into them.
@bryansteele832 which os probably why they stopped. But the second album wasn't all bad

@bryansteele832 ah, didn't know the label went bankrupt. Shame, I was impressed when I first saw them
