Your huggable plush head did have a neck joint. But you didn’t cut the zip tie to let the head out; you pulled the head off. So the bottom half came off.
when i was wayyy younger i remember having a white logo woody doll, his head fell off and he got thrown in the trash, but unlike toy story 3 he didint escape the incinerator and come back home, so after many woody replacement dolls later i finally got a thinkway one this year hes not a collection but i love him! and you inspired me to get him

@@todayigrewup hey today i grew up i have a problem with my disney store buzz and if you would help me i would be very happy as hes the only buzz i have and it cost 100 dollars in total bc i live in canada so the problem is his karate chop action arm wont go back down and if you could make a video on how that arm works and how to fix that problem i would be REALLY REALLY grateful as its too expensive to buy another one. as llike i said cost more then 100 dollars to buy one with shipping thank you very much
I’d say this is a good example of how Disney store can be done as opposed to how they’re actually made, like it still retains the durability that they usually have but are more appealing to consumers who are looking for a woody that while isn’t 100% screen accurate, is at least a well executed mass produced toy if that makes sense 😂
Thank you! It was the point of the video of what could be without having to add many custom or adding any major 3D printed parts to it and use materials already produced to kit bash them together.

It’s a joke. It’s not illegal for a person who owns the toy to do that it’s only illegal for companies who make the toy to do that.

They only say that on the thinkway ones, besides I cut the tag off all of my thinkway ones, and I have yet to even go to juvenile
I used the roundup fun woody pull string because it’s small and already on a voice box a roundup fun woody voice box for the woody
Hi, I love your duo tutorial. Something my son taught me about permanent markers. You can use dry erase markers to remove the permanent marks and we have used them on toys as well.

The older JCPenney Woody with the soft and huggable head in the video when you were changing out the boots it had a THINKWAY toys belt buckle
No it was a custom not a toy company belt buckle left over I was seeing what it looked like as a test ended up not liking it for this mod.
i am going to send you all my toy story toys just so you can revive them for me because my toys are basically dirty and dead (tbh im happy your active with everyone in your community and all the tutorials are great)
I think for people who don’t want to spend or take as much time to make a movie accurate woody like you and other RUclipsrs did this is a great alternative

You don't know how much I love your videos, you have the great opportunity to have Woody from the Disney Store, and I don't even have a PC to make my content because not when I have money or a decent PC, much less do I count for a Woody 😢

All soft and huggable. Woody plushies have the neck joint when you made your movie accurate. Woody, when you pulled the head off the bottom of the neck joint just came off
That’s not true mine genuinely didn’t have one it was just a skinny piece I didn’t have another piece broken off
@@todayigrewup what he means is that the bottom of the peg stayed in the plush when you removed the head, it was mostly likely ziptied to the plush so it wouldn't come off

Hey! So i recently got my one year old a woody doll but it was pre-used… I was wondering what is a good paint (AND THE COLOR NAME!!) to buy so I can fix up woodys hair, his boots and also what type of fabric paint to use to fix his jacket that’s starting to yellow a bit.

Mine had a neck joint and I think it was late 2021
Yeah it was so weird mine didn’t have one. People were saying here it broke off but it genuinely didn’t. Maybe mine was a early production or just a factory error.

Nobody sells them anymore only eBay. They sold them for a little bit in 2019 for Toy Story 4 movie promotion. The body was just plush but it has a nice closed mouth smile. That is where I got the head from.

The reason why your first soft and huggable woody doll didn’t have a neck joints because you ripped the head off!!!
I’m really tired of people telling me this. It’s a factory defect. Mine didn’t have anything inside once I pulled the head off from the ziptie. Either because it was a first release and was different or defect. I checked the body after and there was nothing but cotton in there no other broken piece. Even then the plastic was flimsy compared to the new thicker plastic neck joint.
@@todayigrewuphe’s right like you said in that video of you showing how to remove the Disney store woody boots you said “I did a twist and pole method the twisting creates tension when you pull the boot off” you did that with the head you twisted and pulled and you pretty much broke the neck joint in order to make the big thick piece to fall inside to the body so we’re right and your wrong.
