Awesome build!!! I love it!!! What Honda might have been if they kept building them (and gave us what we wanted) ...but then that’s why you’re so successful. Cheers.
Kickazz build bro. Having the og stock parts with your badazz parts built in house on it really makes this classic 250r just sawheat as ever before !! Shoulda looked like this coming off the showroom floor!! Luv the seat brackets yall fabb'd up. The rear how it holds pins underneath & how sturdy tight the whole seat assembly is is choice!. Now about that wind haha 😄 I know it sux nd yall do best u can, but just a friendly tip, he should be mic'd 🎤 up nd when he is, mute the phone or whatever ur using nd just run his mic. It will drown out the wind really good nd we'll be able to hear him better even when it isn't windy cause I noticed when he walked away from cam, his voice get quieter nd sometimes hard to hear. Hope this helps. But keep uo this figgen awesome work your doing. Yall #1 in the world in my book!!
That’s nice…! Mine is an 85 too. I had the frame and swing arm powder coated to original factory colors. I hand wet sanded & polished my tank back to brand new. My factory seat is original & mint. I bought polished triple tree, polished forks well the bottoms, polished front hub. I found a brand new front wheel in the box, so that’s on. I bought a chrome rear axle, chrome foot pegs, chrome engine mounts & a chrome kick starter all from a guy on eBay who rebuilds & polished or chromed all this. I had my uncle bead blast & pant the engine black. Then I put nice all new engine nuts and bolts. Have the blue silicone hoses. I bought an almost new 85 original headlight. Because mine came with an 86 headlight too. I like the 85’s cause there open on the sides and it lets in more air to the radiators. I bought OEM grips with rental bars. I love these things! My father bought a brand new 86 fourtrax 250R in the summer of 86, it was the blue with white. I had a LT250R Quadracer when I was 11 & like 70 lbs…😂 That bike was cool! Then in 01 I bought a brand new banshee & shortly after that I bought my 85 ATC 250R. I’m 47 and started riding at 5. I’ll probably buy that chain and rear brake guard from you & we’ll see what else you come up with. Keep up the great work & happy for your success & new shop….👍🏻🔥💪🏻🏁
I had 86 fourtrax 250R red with white I got it brand new in 1986 I was 15 years old when I got it. few months later I turn 16 in September. it was like $2800 brand new
@@funtyes1970 I think my father paid 2600 for his at Honda performance in providence Rhodesia island. It’s not there anymore but the building is. Seen my first Lamborghini Countach there. There was an exotic car place on the side…👍🏻
@@murk1352 yeah same for me when my parents buy my 4trx 250r i would say 3-5 months later that Honda dealership shut it doors i think something do with Honda getting sued for 3 wheel trikes . it was small Honda dealership i think they only sold 4 and 3 wheeler and dirt bikes.
A absolutely fantastic restoration always a pleasure watching your videos, superb work love the in-house products, parts, kit’s, everything & amazing work always 👍🏻 🇺🇸❤️
Looks great. Performs better. Only question is. When is the dune trip? I for one want to see the paddles on everything you got and go for it. LONG LIVE THE 250R HONDA!!!!!
@BVCOFFROAD could the larger tires in the rear be a reason for the front end not lifting up when banging gears on the road? Because mine will lift the front wheel off the ground threw every single gear if I go w.o.t
As usual another awesome build. Was wondering if you will be machining billet cases for the 250 and 500 motors as good rebuildable ones are getting hard to find.
Do the foot pegs have a fast return ? I noticed you held onto them didnt let them snap back, are they loose? im interested in purchasing a set? Thanks great video and R
Nice work. Do I need the 4 trax rear end to bring to you for this type of build? Or are you just showcasing the parts to sell individually? Just curious thanks.
Amazing job looks nice. Beat up 250r’s are selling for 4 grand. I always tell my wife they only go up in value. “Sell that damm thing”. She understands now though. I ride an 86r mostly original surviver but in near mint. Might consider getting some parts from you. Also have 87 KX 125. Has original Chain & Sprockets. Runs like a champ. I beat 400ex’s with it straight line on blacktop. That woods trike ya got there will be nice rider. Don’t sell it.
Need BVC's feedback on something. I'm bout to trade for a 2000 yami 426f dirtbike. It's in mint condition. If I wanted to convert to your trike, do u have all the parts made to make this happen?
Love it definitely gives me insight on when I restore mine

There is a company that already makes billet cases for the 250R.
Looks great... 👍👍👍

What led headlight did you use and where can I get one?
Is that stock plastic & tank? The tank looks incredible !!
Tank is oem, and plastic is maier .. luckily the tank cleaned up nice!

We all want to see the cagiva project come to reality. Please let it be BVC.
How much does this usually cost after the customer already purchases the actual trike its self . What is the total on the labor / parts ???
I used to drive the Honda CRAZYYYY 250 cr Dirt bike and the 250 Honda 250 R 3 wheeler..CRAZYYYY FAST BOTH WERE 85 AND 86..
Do the foot pegs have a fast return ? I noticed you held onto them didnt let them snap back, are they loose? im interested in purchasing a set? Thanks great video and R
No its upgraded to crf450r pivot and pin. Same as all modern pivots , we make the mount, pivot and peg in house. 💪🏼
Awesome just bought a set for trike fest
Nice work. Do I need the 4 trax rear end to bring to you for this type of build? Or are you just showcasing the parts to sell individually? Just curious thanks.
We sell every piece already for our modern bikes,, we now adapt them to the trx250r so customers can have easy to get upgraded parts
