How about fixing the knobs by putting white or silver colour on them and wiping the access away? Or put white ducktape triangles on them that point towards the right direction? Good stuff, ihope there will be more videos about this thing!!
Have you looked at the Minilogue service manual? It's pretty detailed. I don't have a minilogue, but there is a "service mode" you can boot into by holding play, reset, and the Step 4 buttons while turning the power switch on. It may be able to help you find the location of the fault. If you have an oscilloscope, you should measue the CV signal going into the filter and then follow it through the VCF on the problematic voice to locate the faulty component.

you should attach a midi controller on the neck of the guitar so you could control filters and pitch.
