    I love these videos. Old Rick bumbling around his kitchen, banging drawers. Just like real life!

    Rick I love your knife, my late Dad was a chef and I still have all his knives which are the old fashioned types, on e sharpened nothing beats them.

    I just started watching your vids a couple of days ago. You cook like I do, just put it together then taste it and fix it. I really like your style.

    Hi, thanks for the know-how. The sauce was fantastic. I used rock grouper fillet. Pity I can't post the pix here for your pleasure ☺️.

    I’m sure Rick misses his old director David…..they had this close, tense brotherly relationship. He did all Ricks shows after working with Keith Floyd. Bloody iconic

    The Sea Bass in this recipe is not my favourite. I find it strange doing a sweet and hot sauce with such a lovely fish as you basically block the taste of the fish out. Very strange recipe this one but allways loved

    Oh my goodness... Cooking with vegetable oils and getting garlic brown. The start is already disturbing.

      Like you know better than a renowned fish chef…yeah, okay….

    • @capollyon
      @capollyon 3 месяца назад

      @@jonnygunner65 yeah, i do. Every chef will tell you not to brown garlic as it gets bitter flavour. And vegetable seed oils are very unstable, highly processed, full of omega-6 unsaturated fats. So definitely not healthy. Just because someone is "famous" does not make the right.
