Yeah it’s called the Second Amendment 2A. Which guarantees us the right to keep and bear arms..these rights are absolute and cannot be infringed.
Dude, you really need to run these by your redneck buddy before posting for some content checks. We are always more then happy to help.
No, if anything any firearms the military has the people should also have access to.
Nothing should be done. Quit taking law abiding citizens 2nd amendment rights away.
@@daveerk6573 It's funny that they think taking away guns is going to stop crime. It's not, there's something called the blackmarket.
5:15 I just love that they were talking about shotguns and put an M1 Garand
It’s watch mojo they are anti 2nd amendment.
Yeah, I noticed that. Plus, I don't remember Clint Eastwood using a shotgun in any of his movies.
@@lapdog20 unforgiven, bar shoot out
Idk guns well at all or yet seen Gran Turino, but even I caught that 😅
Thanks for pointing out this error. Indeed we did show the wrong weapon. Apologies.
I love how out of the hundreds if not thousands of movie scenes involving shotguns being used for home defense, WatchMojo chose a scene from Gran Torino where Clint Eastwood uses an M1 Garand. That’s a semi-automatic rifle, NOT a shotgun. In fact, Eastwood never even held a shotgun in that movie. The only other gun he used was a Colt M1911, which like the M1 Garand, also happens to be a US gun that originated WW2.
The M1911 originated 30 years before the US entered WWII, hence "1911"
I love WatchMojo videos but they clearly didn’t do their research for this video.
That Clint Eastwood scene is an M-1 Guarand, not a shotgun.
You guys dropped the ball on this one. Made it too obvious you were pushing a narrative.
You beat me to it. I’m glad somebody said it.
Yeah because there are weapons that bring people back to life.
@Dwight Marten im.sure you think Americans have automatic weapons.🤔
nice to know the writers of this episode skipped the research part
Why research when you can use MSM hot words and fear mongering
Your idea of research is listening to the high school drop out spewing conspiracies on Facebook.
8. Automatic weapons are legal to own, if you fill out the right forms, pay government extortion money, and have thousands of dollars lying around. The people who buy these guns have 0 interest in crime.
6. Shotguns are also very versatile and can fire less lethal, and non lethal ammunition. Many times, the iconic racking of a pump-action shot gun is enough de-escalate the situation. (Also, Clint Eastwood is holding an M1 Garand which is a rifle, not a shotgun.)
5. Any hunting rifle can be a sniper rifle, anti-material rifles are not sniper rifles they're not even in the same class.
Anti-material rifles are extremely expensive usually $10k+, they're extremely heavy, and ammunition is expensive. Again, not something legally purchased by criminals.
4. Higher fire-rate does not necessarily translate to more dangerous. Even in the military full auto is used sparingly because it wastes ammo and it's harder to keep on target. Bump stocks wouldn't be necessary if our gun rights weren't being infringed upon by the NFA and state laws.
3. Shinzo Abe was killed by a ghost gun in a country where gun ownership is nearly illegal. It's not hard to make a gun out of parts from the hardware store.
2. Handguns Yes they're popular, and one was used by a guy to stop a shooter at a mall, and save countless other lives in other incidents. The problem are gangs and the unwillingness of the government to stamp them out.
1. And here's the big dog whistle in a video of dog whistles. Define an assault rifle.
^all facts
it's a loaded video, obviously written by another one of those leftist firearm "experts"
The 2nd Amendment is absolute and cannot be infringed upon.
Most people I ask define it as a short-barrel semi-auto rifle able to fire magazines of 30+ rounds. I know it’s all made-up, but that’s what they mean.
@@winser21 That's a Carbine.
Brings up AR-15 rifle as number 1.....shows Scarface shooting a full-auto M16 with a 203 40mm grenade launcher underneath lmao :)
How ironic, in the military it's just a rifle but when a civilian uses it, it's an assault rifle 😑
How ironic a civilian gets a rifle genius.
@@arkangelarkangel1302we get it because of our constitutional rights and the ability to defend ourselves from enemies both foreign and domestic. We have seen too many times throughout history what a government will do to it's unarmed populace. You don't have to have one or like it and that's ok. Just don't take that right away from others
@@arkangelarkangel1302 you mean a rifle that fires a varmint round? You’re not more concerned about hunting rifles that have put food on tables for hundreds of years with enough stopping power to take down moose?
It's called that because it's used to carry out assault missions. It's designed for killing humans in combat, that's literally why it's called that. Go compensate for your small dick while continuing to prove why even stupid people should not have weapons of war.
@@stevepat8003 👏😌 Right
Speaking from experience, NEVER use pepper spray indoors unless you have no choice. Even a small amount will fill the whole room & take hours to air out. It's designed to be used outdoors.
What about paper spray?
That I can attest to
Used to work around bears in the Sierra Nevadas, I had to use bear spray once. I'll just say I have 4 warnings to tourist who were downwind. They didn't listen and definitely paid the price but needed to be done as he was eating someone's food in the parking lot.
Pepper spray is a weird inclusion. The whole reason it's use is banned by the geneva convention in an act of war is due to fears of escalating chemical weapons use.
Yeah that s*** is wild if it's anything like the teargas that they make you breathe in the military then I imagine it's pretty gnarly
Most mass shootings in the United States are with hand guns not ArmaLite rifles-15s. AR-15s are not a military type of gun, they are a self-defense type of gun. and if you want to talk about semi-automatic, AR-15s are not the only type of gun that is semi-automatic. All hand guns are too.
You know what’s even more ironic about the AR’s? The Armalite company started in California of all places.
From what i read brass knuckles arent usually used as weapons much anymore, Nowadays when people sell them they are used as novelty items such as brass knuckle paperweights and brass knuckle belt buckles.
The paper weights and belt buckles are loopholes. They're sold as those to get around laws banning them. Trust me, they still work.
@@bradleyj.fortner2203 True, But there's no rule saying that brass knuckles can't be repurposed as those two particular types of items if need be. Just because brass knuckles were invented to be a weapon that doesn't mean they have to be used as a weapon.
@@TheCommenterDragon Yeah, that's WHY the loophole works.
I cannot say that I have ever actually used mine in a fight, so I do agree that they are more of a novelty in the US, at least, to my knowledge
I live in Italy and pepper spray is freely sold to the general public. It has been used to carry out robberies in crowded places. Some people died in the subsequent commotion.
You know what stops a bad guy with pepper spray?
A legally obtained gun
Shotguns are the most widely available firearm around the world, even in counties where guns are outlawed you can still own shotguns. Who did the research on this video?!
Watchmojo is Canadian, so...
Someone with an ANTI-GUN AGENDA, no doubt ...
Also, he said tactical shotguns, IE, semi automatic.

@@shawnparker3671 right lol people don’t listen to understand and they damn sure don’t read to understand either
In Iceland, it is allowed to own pump shotguns and semi-automatic shotguns.
I will say an assault rifle is usually fully auto or has the capability where as ar in ar-15 stands for armalite which is the company who first made them
True statement, adding to the mass ignorance. Though I will say, binary triggers are way more effective (and fun) than a bump stock if you want to simulate something akin to full auto
Does anyone know what a Mini 14 is... if they outlaw ARs then at least we have the good ole Ruger Mini 14...better in my opinion because she doesn't jam up as easy
Technically an "assault rifle" is selective fire. Semi auto, 3 shot bursts, and full auto.
Ghost guns are NOT easy to make; I can't remember if it was Vox or Vice that went and met with a guy who builds them and he tried to teach the host how to make one; it didn't work, even after the guy who does it as a full-time hobbyist tried to help. It's just HARD to build a fully-functional, reliable firearm even when you have the pieces. It's the filing, man... I couldn't do it, not with precision.
It was VICE.. and the thing kept breaking on him or jamming so they would pack up and go back to the drawing board to tweak the design..
Dabbled a bit in P80 and 3D printed pistol frame game for a while. Gave it up as I was doing more troubleshooting in regards to various malfunctions and what caused them, than actually enjoying my range time. Learned a lot about the firearm's and how to fix issues, but it was more work than it was fun.
I can’t help but feel that the creation of this video has political motivation 😂
When "MojoPolitics" introduced the Bump Stock in the video, I knew that this is a anti 2A political channel.
Same
whoever made this list is either very ignorant or is trying to be misleading to push some sort of agenda because almost all of these are also available in other countries. Even in a place like Japan it is legal to own a gun for hunting if you go through their process.
Brass knuckles are sold as paper weights abroad. Meaning that they are technically legal.
Weapons are only as dangerous as the person holding it.
Unsubscribed. Clearly this is misinformation and propaganda. AR15 is short for Armalite Rifle! Not Assault Rifle! Also a bump stock DOES NOT make your weapon " full auto" it simply just helps recoil for better accuracy.. If you put one on a shotgun does that turn it into auto? No it does not. An assault weapon is full auto military grade. Just because you add sights or attachments does not make it an assault grade weapon either. If I add a rubber grip to a knife for a better hold does that make it an "assault knife"? What a bunch of clowns.
Are not all weapons dangerous?
What’s your point ? This video is specifically based around dangerous weapons only available in the US. Lmao freaking goofball over here. Yeah all weapons are dangerous and water is wet Scott. 🤯
@CoolBreeze37 Then why not just say, 10 Weapons Only Legal in the US? Why the redundancy? I'm sorry I offended your delicate sensibilities. I forgot for a moment that I post something on the internet and sensitive people roam the internet.
And almost anything can be used as a weapon
Curious where you got that last 85% statistic when pistols are used in more shootings
Exactly.
If they admit that most murders are done with handguns, then the question comes up, who is using handguns to murder people and the answer to that is, 'young men of the race that must not be named in the places that must not be spoken of'.
Wasn't this supposed to be a video of weapons only available in the states?
Capsaicin is the ingredient in most foods that people call spicy. We're now saying that it causes cancer? FFS.
U.S. constitution: Allow citizens to bear arms to allow citizens to overthrow corrupt government and invasions.
NSA, FBI, CIA, ATF: We don't do that here.
😂
Assault Rifles are magazine feed, automatic rifles designed for infantry use. Civilian semi-automatic rifles are not assault rifles. It is our constitutional right to keep and bear arms to use firearms or self-defense, to protect our families, to defend our property as well as our community. Those mass shooters and violent criminals do not represent the American firearm owners.
That scene from "It's always sunny in Philadelphia" is awesome. I live in North Dakota where firearms are extremely common. I am always shocked at how uneducated people are when it comes to firearm safety. If they have the potential to destroy things or life, even if you don't like them, why wouldn't you learn how to safely operate one?
If they brought back that kind of training or even rifle clubs for the younger generation, I think it would change the minds of a lot of people on the realities of firearms and instill firearm safety
@@stevepat8003 That would cut down the gun violence in general.
Yes!!!!
That's the same way the rest of the world looks at the US. We are shocked at how uneducated you all are. Nothing personal, but just in general. Like the only 2 things you learn in school are that America is the best and guns are awesome.
I've been wanting to own a firearm for home defense, but I'm not going to until I have enough money for the ongoing expenses of weekly, and then monthly range time and practice ammo. That stuff can be pretty expensive.
There is no such this as an "assault rifle." It was a term created in the media in the late 80's
Actually it was a term created in WWII in regards to the Sturmgewehr-44. "Sturmgewehr" literally translates to "assault rifle"
I'm sure all those people killed by guns in the USA appreciate the semantic distinction
@@rockingbeat Apparently you aren't in America? I don't tell you what I think of your nation's politics because it's none of my business.
@Sum1 I'm sure the 1000 people killed/injured in illinois last year are wondering why their strict gun laws aren't helping. Or the 854 in California must be wondering the same thing.
Civilian firearms are NOT assault weapons. Using peoples ignorance against them instead of to educate them on a subject, absolute propaganda.
Calm down snowflake
But all in the wrong hands kill, plain and simple...
Well, the sad truth is that ignorance reigns in this world, and, sadly, in the US when it comes to firearms. Too many people that think "guns" are the problem, never place blame on the individual using the tool. Alas, such is the history of the world I suppose
The sad part is that the US gets a lot of crap for the gun violence (yes, a real problem), however, they overlook the fact that many countries that do not allow for civilian firearm ownership have a lot of violence, it is just done with illegal firearms or knives. The gang violence in some countries far outweighs legal firearms in the US
Yes, I know people will disagree with me, and that is ok, here in America we are allowed to have our own opinions : )
It is funny though that your first paragraph is stated as a "fact" and than in your last line you say it is an opinion. So I am quite curious are to the sources that you used to state your fact about the gang violence being higher in countries where the laws with guns are stricter in those countries. If you could share some links that would be awesome! And please do not cop out and say I must do "my own research" or "It's everywhere online".
@@leevio That is called I clearly need to learn English and how to grammar correctly, LOL (*too lazy to correct my grammar, not too lazy to reply that I am lazy)

Just to make a note for all those wanting to ban firearms: Just because you make it stupidly hard for normal people to get them, does not mean those who want them for use in illegal activities will not get them. It's getting difficult to legally own firearms, but any common criminal can get one to use. Gun laws don't stop illegal use of guns when someone has set their mind to using them in illegal ways.
Aren't all weapons "dangerous" by definition?
What's the purpose of this post, without pointing out that only the United States has anything like the Second Amendment?
Yeah, those stupid canucks get arrested now for hurting feelings! WAH!
Say hello to my little friend from America
5:18 Lmao! I love how they use a clip showing an M1 Garand *rifle* while talking about shotguns! 🤣🤣🤣
I mean, I personally think most people need to carry some form of weapon with them for self-defense. There are people out there with weapons who want to hurt you. The logical thing would be to have a weapon with you to defend yourself if you're ever targeted. It just seems like the smart thing to do in our society.
I walk around naked .. nobody wants to come close to me
I agree, but the problem is that a lot of these hick Muricans want to carry around AR-15's openly like it's GTA Online.
Is it me, or does this list seem more like a checklist for a certain agenda as the video goes on
The DC snipers used an AR-15, whkch is neither a sniper or anti-materiel rifle. Instead opting to use a caliber of bullet so weak that its illegal to hunt deer with in Virginia and many other states.
This is more of a political post and is hopefully the last one i see from you folks.
Brass Knuckles are banned in multiple states, North Carolina, for example. In NC, it is illegal to own, or manufacture brass knuckles or anything resembling them.
Same here in Nevada
That’s pretty weird because I live in North Carolina and I definitely saw brass knuckles at a pawnshop
A roll of nickels balled inside a first is just as effective as brass knuckles
Truth
if I recall correctly, brass knuckles is one of the most inefficient blunt weapons you can have. barely any increase in range, and it is painful for the user to use. a lock in a sock will do more damage, a hammer will do more damage, even a brick or a Millwall brick (newspaper rolled up and folded) will do more damage.
I’m just saying everything on this list is the reason why we are a free nation!
Real title of this video : "Not really that dangerous (with a proper use) weapons , some are legal in most countries , some only in US"
Don’t disrespect that gorgeous rifle in gran torino putting that clip with shotguns
M1 Garand was my grandpa's favorite.
Ah yea the M1BOOM
Taking all of these “super deadly weapons” that many of us have been using as tools and for recreation since we were little kids and making the legal owners sound like terrible people. The people who use any of these for harm almost never get them legally
Thats right people like to bring up the sandy hook shooter but he kinda stole the gun from his mother after murdering her.
The term "assault rifle" is meaning fully automatic weapon the AR IN AR15 doesn't mean assault rifle it stands for armalite rifle.
You said that handguns cause most death then any other on this list. But you make the AR15 to be the bad guy because a bad person has one and used it for mass murder
Pepper spray is not only legal in the US. It's actually legal in some states in mexico.

What no FLAMETHROWER on this list.
The US is the only country with a protected right to self defense.
The US Supreme Court ruled that Tasers are protected under the Second Amendment, [Caetano v. Massachusetts 14-10078 (U.S. March 21, 2016)] so if RI and HI prohibit their ownership they are doing so in contradiction to the Constitution.
How are sniper rifles illegal in other countries? Sniper rifles are derived from hunting rifles. Pretty sure you can own a .308 bolt gun with a scope just about anywhere outside of China and North Korea.
Bump stocks do not attach to a trigger. They do not convert a semi-auto rifle into a machine gun because only one round is fired with one action of the trigger. Two appeals courts have determined the ban on bump stocks to be unconstitutional (5th and 6th). They are still, however, illegal to own as there has not been any relief from the courts. This should soon be rectified.
Americans have been able to build their own guns since the founding of the Republic. It is covered under the basic right. A serial number is only required if you are to sell the gun. You don't need a serial number for personal use. Anyone can build a gun from parts found at Home Depot, just look up the "Luty".
How are handguns ONLY legal in the US? Why would you need a permit to own a handgun? What other Right do you need a permit for?
Assault Rifles are regulated by the NFA 1934. You already covered that. "Assault Style Weapons" Putz. What is that? Just because it looks like something that a military might use? That's the point of the Second Amendment, to have the same arms in the hands of civilians which could be used against them by their government. The fact that civilians can't own new M4s, M16s M134s etc is repugnant. Assault Rifles have never been used in a mass casualty attach because they are controlled by the 1934 NFA and cost $30,000 to $45,000 each. I understand you guys are not here to be honest, but you don't have to flat out lie.
None of these are dangerous in and of themselves, it's the person who makes them a danger. You guys really suck at this. Stick to movies and TV shows.
This is awesome. This also why it would be hard for any Country to invade. MOJO has a propaganda agenda.
Propaganda? Who in the world doesn’t know that America loves them some guns?

One thing wrong with this... the AR 15 was not designed from the military M 16... it was the other way around... another falacy not mentioned here is AR does not stand for Automatic Rifle... it is for Armalite, the developer of the AR 15 and was later sold to Colt and they created the M 16 from it...
Not every weapon is dangerous by default?
Has anyone ever been able to buy a firearm from Amazon? I mean a real one, not a toy. They barely have accessories and you cannot find magazines for firearms either
I'm surprised you didn't mention double bump stocks, which enable a rifle to fire TWICE AS FAST as a fully automatic weapon.
As a California refugee who moved to Texas, it's nice to know you can own and create all of these legally. Too bad you can't go to HEB or whataburger to pick them up but thankfully there are plenty of gun shops to do so.
There is no one "ideal" home defense weapon, as different firearms have different advantages and disadvantages for particular tasks. A PDW, for example, is a more efficient and effective weapon for close quarters than a shotgun or pistol, and is generally legal in most states.
Flamethrowers...to my knowledge, only restricted in Maryland and California. Otherwise, totally legal for private ownership in the US.
