I'm surprised you didn't mention the fact that rasen shuriken also shreds you at a cellular level. So even if you somehow survive, you can't use Chakra anymore.
Sadly rasen shuriken has never been as strong as when it was first used the dropped that point of it right after that fight along with him being able to throw it. I would of loved if that played a bigger part in the show

And my comment was about the rasen shuriken, the strongest it ever was when it was first used, same with amatarasu, and Kirin and same with several other jutsu
What had always hooked me with naruto was how in depth the ninja magic is and how creatively it can be used. You could be a master of only a single technique, but through ingenuity, turn that one into an entire arsenal of powerful abilities
It’s also really interesting that their ideologies/philosophies, (jutsus also includes their time period, and etc.), directly affect which ninjutsus they learn. You can learn a whole ton about a person from the “culture” of their techniques.
You can honestly convert jutsu to a more eurocentric theme and flavor it as Arcane or Mana... Naruto/Boruto only covers one continent. There was a movie with knights. I mean why not have a multi-continental conflict. Like a Ten tails god tree fruiting mana fueled knights lead by an Otsotsuki outside of those we know one which more king like.

Also it’s important to note that each Kamui eye CAN perform both roles, it’s just that the right eye has a harder time pulling outside objects into the other dimension and the left eye has a harder time pulling in its user. But Kakashi got himself out of the Kamui dimension with his own Kamui, and Obito can pull in outside objects if he’s touching them.

Kirin is implied to be usable without prep. When he and Team 7 fought near the start of Shippuden, he ended up raising his hand and gathering chakra, before Orochimaru stopped him and told him to "not bother with that jutsu."
It's either a plot hole, or Sasuke is able to expend a ton of chakra (too much to risk against Itachi) to manually trigger Kirin.
I also do believe in the anime only he does use kirin in his fight with Naruto without prep

And they prevented the clan from helping because of that so why would they put the baby with the fox in their care? Even if it was kushinas best friend didn't change that she was an Uchiha whos whole clan was being ostracized for the incident in question

Correction: Hagoromo wasn’t the only person to use the Creation Of All Things technique, Naruto has access to it too when he’s in so6p mode. Why Naruto never used the technique for anything other than reviving the dead and replacing Kakashi’s eye, I will never know, but he does have the ability to use it.

Imagine Shinra Tensei in a fighting game like Tekken or Smash Bros. Having a 5-second cooldown is basically a death wish when everything is happening in less than a second.
Hagoromo could, conceivably, re-create _his own body_ at any age he wants using the Creation of All Things technique at any time he wants to, thus bringing himself back to life as many times as he wants in his prime. Talk about being a tough nut to crack - Hagoromo would easily break Isshiki in half, many times over, using it.
Itachi, Madara, and Sasuke all have access too the Yasakamagatama beads created by the Susanoo and Madara along with Sasuke have both been able to use a sword so aside from its defense it still can have ranged attacks with great offense which make the Susanoo in its entirety incredibly powerful
Sasuke with the Kiba blades could spam Kirin(any lightning jutsu fired from so swords are enhanced) and that is just cool to think about

For Number 1, You could have just said all Kekkei Mora, those being The Sword Of Nunnobuko, Truth Seeker Orbs, Ash All Killing Bones, Tailed Beast Bombs, The Rinnesharingan, Kaguya’s STN Thing, Kaguya’s Hair Senbon, The Expansive Truth Seeker Orb and Kaguya’s Byakugan, which is stated to be different than the Hyuga’s and Hamura’s. There are only two people left on earth who can use Kekkei Mõra, Those being Naruto And Sasuke. (Just Naruto After Sasuke Lost His Rinnegan, because Hagoromo’s rinnegan and Sasuke’s six tomoe rinnegan are different than all the other rinnegan, and are Kekkei mora

There's a reason why Sasuke needed the clouds. I'd imagine Kirin would take SO MUCH chakra which is why he'd only used it once. I like to compare it to Indra's arrow because of usage and power.

I may just be understanding it incorrectly but I always saw particle style to be extremely underrated. May be limitations I'm unaware of.

Kamui should be way higher on this list. Being able to ‘nope’ to almost all Jutsu whatsoever is much more useful than the Rasenshuriken or Chibaku Tensei.
So I've had this idea for awhile, what if you had the kamui, and a bunch of eyes in your kamui, could you teleport/swap out your eyes?

Hey, good list but Ima add something about the Kamui
The right eye : It can teleport parts of your body in Kamui which makes you intangible..you can pull things in the Kamui by touching the user BUT you can also pull things without touching them…like Obito did fighting Fuu and Torune..or when he pulled Konan’s paper even though he didn’t touch the paper (although I’m not sure about that last example but.) When you pull something with the right eye, you cannot pull specific parts like the head or the arm.. You can also teleport you’re whole body into the Kamui which makes you invisible.
The left eye : You can teleport things in the Kamui without touching them and you can choose which parts of the body or object you pull in..you can also pull the whole thing (depends on the size), you can also teleport you’re whole body into the Kamui and go out of it, couple of examples during the war of Kakashi coming in and out of the kamui, when he was fighting Obito and Kurama threw him on Obito and Obito pulled him.. he then hit him while he was in the Kamui, kakashi went out of the kamui. Also when he appeared on Obito and Minato stopped him..
The only thing you can’t do with the Left eye that the right eye does is Intagibility..

I agree with everything but edo tensei shouldn't be that high tbh. You need to do a lot of prep before the battle and it's very conditional. The enemy isn't going to let you do a sacrificial ritual in the middle of the fight. If you get preparation time then it is broken, if not then it won't work. So maybe it should be somewhere like top 10-7...

I think Edo Tensei is a bit too high. You need a part from the one who died, a body to sacrifice, cast the jutsu outside the fight and make sure you keep the one who you revived under your control to no turn against you.
Don't get me wrong, the jutsu is indeed very good but not for the caster. Obito can go "vacuum cleaner" mode and take all those who got revived, making the caster unable to resurrect them again or Minato could teleport to the caster, break the connection with his army like how he did with Obito and Kurama and then you end up with tons of immortal people running in all directions with the exception of those who reverse-tracked you and come towards you.
Not to forget Madara can reverse uno card it just by knowing it's hand signs... There are a lot of setbacks for this jutsu
Thing is though all of the prep for it is way before battle and this list is based on battle effectiveness.

I like the list and video and you are right. Just wanted the list to be all deferent jutsu not things the sharingan can grant people. Like kamui susano, their weapons could had been one spot. Renigan abilities, almighty pull/push, shenron tensei, the meteor thing could be on a spot and the 1/2 could be 1 since it’s just different abilities granted to the user by unlocking the same eyes. I know this would had made the explanations portion of the video hell but this is how I thought you were going to things making room for for jutsus.
The reason that Obito was able to use Kamui many times without suffering blindness or bleeding eyes is that he has Wood Release.

You forgot to mention that the rasenshuriken even if you survive getting hit. It will effectively unninja you due to the destruction of your Chakra network.

Could you do a list of most cost effective jutsu? So these would be ones that have low chakra cost, don't have a long list of requirements but are still very effective. The ones you would train to do if you were born in the Naruto world but weren't in a special bloodline.

Because Naruto made the Wind style Rasen-shuriken.
Rasengan aint a ninjutsu it is just chackra without a narute associated elevated to its peak thats why it doesnt need hand seals as well

As far as I remember. In the anime, Sasuke does apply Amaterasu to his Indra's Arrow. It is countered by some massive variation of the Rasenshuriken.
Kamui is hands down my favorite jutsu in all of Naruto. Being Obito is my favorite character.

I've left a few negative comments but this isn't a bad list. There are definitely a few I'd swap out (kirin and rasenshuriken for all killing ash bones and eighty gods vacuum attack, etc) but that's always going to be a thing with these types of lists.
You know that’s what I don’t get bout kamui- how are you able to physically teleport parts of your body to another dimension but your body still function as if they were there? And is there a genjutsu element to it that allows the body to physically appear to still be there? Because he’s not intangible- the part of his body you attacked is in another dimension which we learned thanks to Kakashi.
*Head* *canon* up for discussion since madara's mangekyou abilities are never mentioned in the series. This info is from a Naruto game I forgot but kishimoto took part in writing the game.
Madara's mangekyou ability is also pretty OP if he manage to record an event with his one eye during battle he can rewind time by few seconds with the other eye, had he made a mistake in combat. But note he has to record the event or else he cannot rewind time. He can only rewind the few seconds recorded. He cannot use this ability consecutively, probably due to huge chakra consumption and long cooldown. I'm aware that all sharingans can record and predict. But this one is a little different since madara's mangekyou records for the purpose of rewinding.
Again yes this is just head canon, not canon to manga or the anime.

Something worth pointing out in how insane Tsunade is as a user of the Creation Rebirth technique is that it requires focus in a singular spot almost 100% of the time no matter what, so consider the fact that Tsunade gets drunk while gambling quite often and STILL has a lot of chakara stored in that thing shows an incredible level of concentration.
Also since a lot of people like to shit on Sakura, let's point out that this technique must also be done passively in the users sleep so that they can continue to store chakara into it, require control of chakara in a way that has only been seen by her mentor Tsunade. Sakura has one of, if not the best showing of chakara control in the series and it's a true shame how she got sidelined.

one thing abot edo tensei if a ninja that was revived performs the hand signs for the jutsu they can break free of the caster while keeping the jutsu intact for themselves this is why madara didnt fade when kabuto was beaten because he broke the link between edo's caster and those they revived

Okay NCHammer i have very good question for you. It has been bothering me for long time but i remember it again when you mention kamui.
You said that kamui make the user can teleport a part of their body that being attack to another dimension right, so whole other body part still in real life dimension.
The question is. In episode 342 i guess, when Obitos identity is about to get revealed, we've seen fight between Obito vs Naruto and Guy around floating rocks. When Obito almost catch Naruto, suddenly guy attack Obitos head.
So why at this point Obito needs to move his hand that about to grab Naruto, instead just move his head to avoid Guy's attack?

sasuke was going to use kirin in the beginning of shippuden without clouds. with his own full chakra supply orochimaru stopped him from using it and demolishing the place, and ending shippuden early.

You are right. I think his hatred for sasuke clouds his judgment when it come to sasuke. I mean how can kirin be lower on the list than rasenshurikan?
You’re wrong about 15.. he can do it with his chakra it’s just any lightening style will be more powerful with lightening clouds, it was his trump card.. he nearly used it at orichimaru hideout against team 7 but was stopped.. and the there was no lightening clouds there at the time.. so..
