Miss the old school inground lifts ..clean shop look..no above ground posts ..I getting one for my home car collection. Dlb twin post inground..lot of money but brings back memories of my dad's old service station..his lasted 40 yrs without issues..or leaks.
Very well done. Just two points that were missed. Make sure the arm restraints are working properly to prevent lateral movement of the arms when lifting the vehicle and when you have the vehicle at the height you want then lower it a little until it the lift is resting on the carriage safety latches.
As someone who is only 5'4"... I'd love to become a mechanic. I'm actually a tire tech for a retailer (no, not walmart) and thinking about working at a dealership as a express service tech while going to school for auto tech.

You didn't show raising the lift off the locks before releasing them.

doesnt lower the vehicle onto the safety catches, so it is sitting on hydraulics while he is working on it
