Hello I'm in las vegas & I just passed my test. The question that I have is. Do I need to go down to the Secretary of State's office to fill my paperwork. Or can I do it on line?

I felt like there were a few trick questions. Failed the first time at 70%, too.
Edit: Also, why isn’t there a downloadable handbook?! So annoying.
