Hi thanks for all of your kind comments. Our Grifo was originally sold in London to the British actor David Niven and that is why it is right hand drive. It is one of only 30 right hand drives made. It was shipped to the USA in the 70's but never driven because it was so rusted and in need of restoration.
It's funny to see the comments about people owning a Matchbox Grifo as a child. My mum bought me one and I always dreamed I could own a real one. Sometimes life's dreams come true.

Absolutely sensational job well done Steve, your descriptive talk at Jerry's Cafe was inspiring. What a great auto historic story. Good stuff for a great car.

"I suppose we were just patient" great understatement! Well done lads for bringing such a car back to life.

I just had to add my 2 cents worth. Gorgeous result, a credit to the hard work put in by all involved.

How did you manage to find a right hand drive Iso in the US? The standard model is left hand drive, like all Italian and American cars are, so the US model Iso is also left hand drive. Right hand drive cars are exceptionally rare in the US.
