@@piteon3060bro you clearly have no clue about calculus. Dividing by 0 (aka having 0 kills) in this case approaches infinity. And an infinitely big number is obviously the best scenario...
You know KDA exists right? They don’t technically divide by 0 for when you have 0 deaths, they instead divide kills+assists by 1 in that case, but obviously having 0 deaths is still superior to having 1, even though the KDA is the same. This is the exact same thing. Having 1 kill means your damage per kill is the highest it can get, and since you can’t divide by 0 (outside some special structures like the zero-ring) you would add 1 to the kills to be able to divide if you have 0. And here, having 0 kills would then obviously be superior to having 1.
Good catch, I just checked and the Riot API for this account now only goes back to July 15th :( That video was from July 7th. Since I download these records maybe there's a way to restore it later instead of being based only on the API. If I have time I'll look into it.
LMAO the last one is funny af, but tbf there should probably be a minimum to the damage per kill stat. 2 or 3 games at least, or its always going to be skewed to 1 kill only
The time is not correct, the game duration from the API also includes loading screen time, so additional ~ 1min (I assume he didn't go through all streams but took data from Websites OR API)
I'm pretty confident the data point is not taking loading into account, just double checked. It might be off by a few seconds here or there but from what I can see relatively reliable. I'll triple check later. This is using the Riot API.
Baus needs to count assists for Damage per kill Then it would actually be a useful + good metric. (If you have no assists and just a few kills it means your team likely didnt kill any enemy as well.) If you have assists and kills and high damage per those it meant you were doing well and your teamates were last hitting. Same with 0 kills and many assists just shows teamates ks.
I wonder how damage per kill does in general vs winning and if the records being mostly loses has to do with something like it is easier to get high damage per kill if your team is behind and does not use the opportunities you give them making the record games losses even if baus would play well.
Bro high dmg per kill means you’re wasting time hitting champions but not killing them. You want it to be as low as possible, all damage you deal results in kills.
