Love Brookline! My nephew lived on Beacon St. right across from the Coolidge Corner train stop. What a treat to visit there!

OK Luke, I remember you are concerned about good schools. Did you have time to check out some of the school ratings websites? Southie is great city living, not contesting that. But I will do one for sure. Depends on the weather! Do you like houses or condos? I can focus on either.
@@bostonandtheburbsrealestate wow great memory, either will work for my family but I like condos more so I don’t have to shovel snow, we ended up choosing South Boston Catholic Academy as our school of choice, now hunting for a place to rent for 2 years, btw I am in the us navy so not looking to buy since I move every 2 years.
Glad I could help. I just walked around castle Island with my dog last week. Great place to be outside near the water. My little dog ran into the water and it was 30 degrees out!
