there ARE theories that other witches or wizards "who lived" that were just as powerful if not more so than Voldemort... even from those who served him... it comes down to reputation on whom Voldemort feared...

1:17- 1:24 Oh my God! Finally! Somebody Who Understands Me! ❤🎉This is why the movie version of the final battle was so much better than the book. I don’t know if you agree with this too, but I also preferred the movie version of Voldemort’s death, yes Rowling wanted to make a point that Voldemort was just a man BUT the first time he “died” his body was destroyed with magic and he became a disembodied spirit and his second body was made of magic held together by a mutilated soul so why wouldn’t the same thing happen to him again when there was no soul or real body?

I definitely prefer the movie version over the book version because it’s more cinematic. Harry monologuing while they circle each other just felt lame.

Fred didn’t have to die. His death served no purpose, it was just sad. Snape had to die because it was the best way for him to pass on information to Harry. Harry might not have trusted him any other way.

They didn’t. Their deaths were unnecessary, in fact all of the fallen fifty, those who died at Hogwarts died in vain because the only one who needed to die that night was Harry so that Voldemort could die.
