You hit most the gear that you need. I have had to use all that gears or tools in my many days of epic journeys. Maybe some sort of water replacement item for the longer epic rides. Water tablets at minimum, a life straw or what I carry is a sawyer mini filter system for 2 plus hour rides. I also use the Wolf Tooth B-Rad rail system. Great for carrying extra gear. I do like your tool pouch choice.

I like your idea with the water filter! It's pretty dry here atm so theres not much decent water around.
Have you used the fabric cageless water bottles? my friend has them and likes the low profile, this could be good way of saving space
Yep, they're a great bottle! I have lost one though. The fidlock bottles are a good option too for something more secure!
