Peeking and crosshair placement at a high level is predicting what your opponent will do and countering that. If your opponent crosshair is probably holding close, then peeking wide is better. If they have a sheriff than crotch peeking is better. If there’s a neon running it holding for them to slide is probably good to hold wide But if you’re the neon, you expect them to hold wide and short peek. But what if they expect you to expect them to hold wide and they instead hold close? Angle advantage is also important. And jiggling is extremely strong. If you can jiggle well, you can avoid full committing to an unknown fight and instead force a more predictable engagement with more info.
Maybe this video is tailored toward higher level players because I don't get it. Here are my takes of what I understand of this video: Want Godly Peaks? See pro player highlights. Godly peaks exist. Some random concepts. See my highlights. Thanks for watching. Again, maybe I'm too new at the game, but I didn't get this video's lesson at all. Unless it was, "think about your peaks. gg." Perhaps you can do a more newbie friendly, or more detail oriented video about what you are trying to teach.
Up to preference, but a glass mouse pad is smoother and faster but requires you to wear a sport sleeve. There are soft cloth pads like the artisan which imitate a glass mousepads smoothness and feel. But some like rough pads too. I’d say if you have the money and like a smooth airy mousepad then go for it, but if you can always try it before you buy it.
I think it's that peeking is juist as much gamesense as it is mechanical (use A and D, T rule etc) and that the type of peak, positioning are decisions that should be made in the moment based on the situation and enemy expectations.
@@LimeDragonBoi If you peek an opponent peek perpendicular to where they are holding, looks like a T if you draw it out. If they are holding an angle peek only using A and D to make a T, theres probally some videos on it
i was searching videos about peeking in valorant yesterday night and i wake up to find this video uploaded 23min ago lol
bro does not miss 😭 and at this point imma get you to coach me
Would love to see you make an in depth guide and how to actually crouch peak effectively :)

I didn't understand what and how we need to practice in DM, like what is the practical concept that we need to act on?
